Dirty sheets. Dirty bathroom. Not enough bath towels. No duvet. No fitted sheets. Poor cuatomer service at check-in

To be clear this is a super bare-bones hotel. A very tiny room with a bed, fridge, tiny nook for a bag with some hangers, and a perfectly usable bathroom. It's clean, and everything works. However, it is as bare-bones as you're going to get. Tiny towels, only two of them. The registration is remote via kiosk - so getting help is a no-go. If you want an extra towel, you need to catch the housekeeping staff while they're there. On the other hand, the location is unbeatable. One block from Hollywood Blvd, 2 blocks from Hollywood&Vine, if you want to be in Hollywood, this is one of very few affordable options. All in all a reasonable deal for the price.

The check in experience. You talk to a person over a video link in the lobby and she spoke very broken English and the audio was very loud and very garbled. When we we finally able to complete check in after 4 attempts we were told that we had to take the elevator from the lobby to the second floor and then carry our two very large suitcases down a flight of stairs to get to our room, on the first floor...our room that was 10 feet from the lobby. Yes, elevator to second floor, down stairs to the second floor. The room was sparse, bare cement floor, tv mounted on the wall beside the bed so you couldn't really watch it. A window that looked out to a block wall, 2 feet beyond the window. None of this is an exageration. I would never stay at this location again.

The hotel is nice and clean. Access is super great!

The photos are catfish. The HOTEL feels more like a MOTEL! There were multiple stains on my sheets. There’s no physical front desk to talk to, there’s no room key. So everyone I reentered I had to call in and wait outside to be let into sliding door. They’ve digitized everyhting but the place seems need some human TLC needed remodel. The room was very tight and there are literally no amenities beyond a table and chairs on the 2nd floor. The room had no full mirror. The experience here in general was very underwhelming. The location and proximity to things Is great but the room felt uncomfortable.

Other than the lobby door to the first floor was not working for guest, over all room was clean, air conditioning was nice, staff performed their duties with the utmost professional and exemplary manner. Parking was close by.
-
The first floor window did not lock. The bathroom was dirty. The tv controller was broken.
-
virtual check in and no bellman.. charging $20 every hour after check out time
-
The entire property smells of disinfectant. Curtains did not close properly and the sheets and pillow cases were stained. The virtual check-in is bizarre. No carpeting in halls or rooms, just concrete. Only saving grace is proximity to entertainment venues.
-
Very nice hotel. The only strange thing was the staff, which is remote to this location, interfacing through a kiosk computer in the lobby. Probably that offsets the costs, but I would still prefer a human on location in case some events require it. Otherwise, the room was very small but clean, and the location is good. It does the job for one or two days maximum I would say.

DATE: June 7, 2026 RE: Booking Reference [Insert Number] – Hollywood Le Bon Hotel To Whom It May Concern, I am holding Expedia jointly liable for the theft of my property and the security breach I suffered at the Hollywood Le Bon Hotel (June 1–3, 2026), booked through your platform. During my stay, my room was unauthorizedly accessed by hotel staff, resulting in the loss of my passport, $1,000 cash, luxury bags, and high-value jewelry. I have filed a formal police report with the LAPD (Officer Delgado, Badge #44138). I demand immediate financial restitution for all losses and a full investigation into this property’s security. Failure to provide a satisfactory response by 5:00 PM on June 8, 2026, will result in immediate escalation to my legal counsel and consumer regulatory bodies. Govern yourself accordingly. Ma. One block from the Hollywood/Vine metro station. Loads of good restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Great grocery store (Bristol Farms) 100 feet away.

Proche de Walk of Fame et des transport mais personne à distance pour répondre et pas de stockage de bagages

Hotel was clean, never been in a hotel with a virtual customer service. Hotel was excellent.

There was no receptionist. It's a computer online operator on a screen. The photos on the website make the place look, clean, new and fresh, but it was dingy, smelly, and dirty. The floors are bare cement. The walls had painting job started and not finished. It did not feel safe to be there. Nothing

Love the location

Unfortunately, they were unable to accommodate us with another room or any help, so had to just leave and stay elsewhere. This led to a nearly two week back and forth of attempting to get a refund approved for a room that we didn't stay in, because there is no way to speak with any management whatsoever, and they did not respond to any emails from the OTA. Got it all sorted in the end, but would 100% avoid this place like the plague.

The room is smaller in the picture, but it is enough, and the bathroom is spacious. The location is 1-min walk from the Avenue of the Stars No parking available on the premises.
-
The location was great. The rooms were small and downstairs did not have carpeting. The Check in process was rough, it took them three attempts to get me checked in because of technical difficulties on their end.
-
Great location, fair price. Always stay here on short stays.
