Room was ok for the price, bathroom door gives no privacy, 2 inch gap on bottom and sides. Do not park in the parking garage next door. They charged me 2 daily ‘max’ rates and and overnight fee for a total of $96 for a 16 hour stay. Hotel should provide some sort of recommendation for parking.

On the good side, the price was very competitive and the room had a refrigerator which was greatly appreciated. Also, I he hotel’s location was excellent with an easy access to the metro network.

I arrive and am immediately forced to check in with a virtual assistant in India who has zero customer service skills. As he's figuring out how to check me in, I have to stand in a 100 degree waiting room. I immediately asked for a refund and they refused to give it to me. I booked two hours prior and they refused to give me my money back.
