Nice staff n good location Bedding was ill fit, blanket was thin n itchy. No extra pillow or comfy blanket in the room for the pullout. Would be nice to log into Netflix or other streaming programs on a smart tv.

The staff were exceptional - we so appreciated being able to enter the room on our trip from New Zealand and the room being available straight away for my Mother. She was able to rest before we had our appointment - just exceptional :) Just one thing - there wasn't a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea for my elderly Mother (maybe I was meant to heat the water up in the microwave) and some long life milk would be nicer than the milk powder otherwise everything was great.

Pool is kinda outdated and dirty. Our room was nice and was cleaned everyday. The staff would leave cute animal towels on the bed which we looked forward to going back to the room to see. Starbucks in the hotel was also amazing.

This Hotel was actually the only hotel I have ever stayed in that I never had to ask for anything, like new sheets or new towels or for the garbage to be emptied. They came every day to clean the room like clockwork. The staff was amazing and friendly. The hotel was always packed and it's probably because they do a great job in the impression they leave on all their customers. I will stay here again for sure and the amenities are great. The restaurants offer a discount for staying there and the stores as well. This hotel guarantees a great night sleep. I stood on the 32nd floor and it was very pretty the view of the mountains every morning. 10 out of 10.
