Amazing property
-
Room was beautiful and nice view but they didn’t have my room ready at 5p and they were overwhelmed and short staff Our phone lines to order room service or contact housekeeping was down and it was hard to get fresh linen or towels had to go down every time and ask front desk for help! It was not good service for a nice Marriott hotel

Very nice property

The property is a shuttle ride away from the beach. You can walk there but it will take like 20 minutes and you will have to walk by a bunch of bums. There are so many in the area, especially camped out right across the street. The property is amazingly beautiful, the staff is horrible. No one is helpful and our room was only cleaned once in a week of staying there. Ran out of supplies and had to go to Walmart to buy stuff because after asking 5-6 times we figured out they wouldn’t give us basic stuff like soap or toilet paper. Also the pool area is nice but cold. You really can’t hang out there without a sweater.

Location was close to the airport, we had a delay and needed to stay one more night. Nothing

We loved the pool. The room was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and offered a beautiful view. The restaurant was also excellent. The only thing I didn’t like was that breakfast ends too early, and afterward there are no breakfast options available. When you’re on vacation, you want to sleep in and relax a little longer, but you can’t because then you won’t be able to find breakfast. Also, the coffee is definitely not the best. Another thing that could be improved is providing resort transportation to and from the beach. It’s quite a walk to get there and back. It would also be nice to offer amenities for hotel guests, such as beach chairs and a designated area for guests to enjoy the beach.

Their laundry was broken when we arrived and when we called the front desk about it they didn’t look into it. The staff will not clean your room unless you request it. When we called the front desk for more towels they did not come and give us any.

We also experienced issues with the hot water. During a shower, the hot water suddenly stopped working. I reported the problem to the front desk, and they said someone would come to inspect it, but no one ever showed up. While the staff were polite, the lack of housekeeping, maintenance issues, and failure to follow up on reported problems made our stay frustrating and did not meet the standards we expected from this hotel.

Everything was amazing! Could not recommend more !

Expedia messed up our prepaid rooms so we had to pay at the desk and now have to dispute the charges with expedia. Totally unacceptable. Even showing expedia confirmation and Amex debit the hotel nanager still debited my amex card again. How can you be satisfied paying double for such a poor room conditions???

The location was also perfect for us, as we were attending an event at the Hawaii Convention Center. We had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the exceptional customer service.
-
Location was great! You could easily walk across the street to Ala Moana Mall or easily catch an Uber to nearby attractions or restaurants. The hotel felt very safe and secure especially because you need to a room key to get in and out and go up the elevators. The Spa, Fitness, Pool and jacuzzi area were definitely a highlight for us. Very nice and well taken care of. None

Good location , clean & nice employees there
-
Big rooms; friendly staff; great pool
-
Destination fee of $50, and credit of $25 to food and beverages, or other souvenir does not make any sense. Staff were very helpful, Sera restaurant was very good.
-
Great location outside of Waikiki, friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel is modern, beautiful and clean. From the bellman, front desk, housekeeping staff, they were all welcoming and professional. The ocean view from our room was amazing with floor to ceiling windows. We reserved a room which had a kitchenette and a washer and dryer which was so convenient for our stay. Restaurant Sera’s food was delicious and the staff attentive. It’s also nice that there is a Paris Baguette on site. Overall a great Five Star experience. We will be back next time we are on Oahu.
