Very good

This hotel is 8 mins walk to the main shopping centre. The breakfast buffet was good value and the coffee shop had great coffee.

Exceptional

The location is good which near to the shopping center and magic island. All good except when the key card did not work twice and you will have to go back to check with front desk.

The staff at the breakfast buffet were absolutely wonderful

The hotel was beautiful just as the photos shown on the website. We had some issues with the communication from staff. The elevators went down and we weren’t notified leaving us to walk down 18 flights of stairs. When we made it to the bottom the fire department was by the lobby elevators. We never received any information as to what happened. This lead to an evacuation of the hotel as well without knowing the reason. The pool deck was closed for the last 2 days we were there for weather, which is understandable but when I asked to talk to a manager about the inconvenience of this and the power outage my they said someone would get back to me and they never did.

Exceptional

Every employee was cheerful and helpful. Plenty of space to get alone early in the morning. When we needed something, the request was fulfilled quickly. As an older couple, two upholstered chairs would have helped. The rattan chair was not comfortable.

Clean, has a bidet

Outrigger was an amazing resort to stay at! Loved the amenities and the stay.

Our experience was good. The infinity pool is not adults only, and in my opinion is unsafe for children. There is a huge pool for kids, so staff should post more prominent sign adults only on the infinity pool. We left the pool area because parents were not watching there young children that were leaning over the side. Too stressful for me.

Wonderful, helpful and friendly housekeeping staff. Josephine was amazing and was attentive to all of our needs.

Restaurants and pool were great Location is a bit out of the way. Post hurrican Lala, so will give them the benefit of the doubt, but it seemed pretty tired and untidy, lifts not working etc.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Loved the area and the staff were amazing. Didn't have breakfast there. But the pool and hot tub was great
