Only criticism is to get all the elevators repaired so elevator wait time is reduced.

Comfortable and very clean room with amazing views and very friendly and committed staff.

Very helpful and professional staff. Room was very clean and overall hotel property was clean. Elevators were slow at times but otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only thing that would have been better would have dire t beach access but we ubered to Waikiki Beach for a great time.

The hotel was so well maintained and clean inside and out. The room was very well kept and the staff really does there best to solve any issue immediately. 5 out of 5 we will stay here again next year.

We had a pleasant stay at the Prince. We enjoyed the pool amenities and food. Mai Tais were very good. The Room was very comfortable, we specially liked the bidet in the restroom! 😊

Very clean and the location is pretty good to go anywhere. Not too busy around the hotel and very convenient. I will visit again when I come back to Oahu.

Not the cleanest in the pool area. Rooms are clean though. Everything is a little old and needs a refresh. Good location though
