Cute pool but small. Room service was reasonably prompt. Dated, a little bit out of the way. Staff were polite but not overly helpful, expensive for what it was.

Able to check un early couldn't get a late check out even a couple of hours would have been good. No cleaner on the floor when we left room so explanation as to why questionable

All of their rooms have view of the ocean front which was amazing especially during the sunset. The front desk staff listened to our request and responded promptly. Staffs were all generally very friendly and nice. One thing that I loved the most was that they provided filtered water refilling station for the hotel guests. Overall, our stay at the Prince Waikiki was great.
