Great location, easy access to Waikiki without being too close to the chaos. Close proximity to ABC Market 2 min walk away. Close proximity to Biki commuter bike rentals within 5min walking distance. I used this when I didn't want to look for parking when I went to a gym near the Ward area. Having a reserved parking spot in a secure, gated garage was ideal. I enjoyed easy access to the apartment and clear instructions; the hosts were very polite and responsive before checking in. The unit is a good size, much better than a hotel with a good quality full kitchen set up. The Samsung washer/dryer was also a nice bonus. The AC worked well. There was an ongoing running, large trickle of water from the bath faucet upon arrival, which lasted my entire stay. I mentioned this to the hosts but didn't get a reply. Apart from being audible, it seemed like a substantial waste of water. While everything was fairly neat and clean (especially the kitchen), the tub/shower floor was peeling significantly, the shower curtain were not changed between guests and was a bit moldy, and I also encountered two baby cockroaches (I did see efforts to fight this with some insect traps). I thought the location and space was great for a single-double occupancy in Town, but those issues should be addressed.

The location was close to everything. The unit was clean. Beach necessities are provided. The owner was nice and accommodationing. When we get to the room, we have to open the window right away because of the smell of marijuana. We can’t figure out where it’s coming from. Maybe in the bathroom. The bathroom was clean but the bathtub needs a fix because the tiles were painted and it’s pilling off.

Location- view-parking included. The elevator glass was really dirty, so where are our windows in our room but then I saw a sign today that they actually clean on the day after we leave

Great location! Spectacular view. Good kitchen with utensils. All the scuba gear ready for you. Laundry machines in unit dramatically eases your luggage packing which is great if you plan on packing souvenirs home. Tennis courts were in disrepair. Rock surface around pool was very uncomfortable. A bit difficult for checking in with the condo. Lock boxes etc. Confusing for me as a first timer.

The view is not that bad and it’s well located. Not very clean, I found cockroaches everywhere so I was force to leave earlier. This place should not be in this page. Bathroom definitely needs a redo, and elevator it’s most of the time broken so be patience waiting for it.

Location of the property and views were great Close to Alana Moana mall, beaches and even Waikiki shopping mall. Both Beds were horrible. Even My 15 year old child had back ache after sleeping on the normal bed. We adults ended up sleeping on the floor after the first night. The pull out sofa bed was also horrible. We travel quite a bit and have slept in a variety of hotels. Never had issues with beds. Please update your beds.

Staff locations and all the amenities Bed could use a upgrade. Smaller elevators than expected

Convenient location. Clear instructions. Free parking.

The room was very nice and comfortable. We would have appreciated the kitchen and washer/dryer even more had we stayed longer. No ocean view, but huge windows and a cool view of buildings. The woman I spoke with when we checked in was very nice and patient with me after a long, frustrating day. The place is set back from the room and signage is very bad; it's small and partially hidden by foliage. We were at the right place but weren't positive, so when we called to check in, the woman kept sending texts/videos and I could not receive them because we were in a structure with a roof and the signal would not come through. An email the day before would have been much more convenient.

Elevator kept breaking down. We had to walk from the 35th floor to the lobby with a lot of our stuff, our child, and the stroller causing us to be sore for our entire trip. At one point the elevator almost broke down with us in it.
-
The elevator did not work, minimum support staff. Room was at a 1 star rate.

The bed in room 1404 has to GO!! I accidentally bumped into it and it tore my skin on TWO places I wanted to SUE the owners. The elevators STILL haven't been fixed since we were there two months ago. We actually demand to get our money back!!
-
The bed was uncomfortable. Springs were coming through. Two twins pushed together. If your knee falls just right it would push them apart. My reason for going to a hotel is to get a good night's rest. I checked in at 1700 I left at 0210

Dirty, tired and nothing worked. The worst room that I've ever stayed in. Truly. Don't stay here. Non working elevator in a 40 story building. Filthy dirty.
-
check in at a set up table in the garage was a joke, no one is around for questions or concerns. The "kitchen" had basically nothing including silverware and trash cans. Bathroom was a mess and not really clean.
-
old and run down. only one elevator working on a high rise. no one to check you in until 4 pm. had to store luggage at another hotel.
-
Elevator is not working very frequently in this 40 stries building
