Excellent rating for staff. Elevator kept breaking down. We had to walk from the 35th floor to the lobby with a lot of our stuff, our child, and the stroller causing us to be sore for our entire trip. At one point the elevator almost broke down with us in it.

Nothing... The elevator did not work, minimum support staff. Room was at a 1 star rate.

The bed in room 1404 has to GO!! I accidentally bumped into it and it tore my skin on TWO places I wanted to SUE the owners. The elevators STILL haven't been fixed since we were there two months ago. We actually demand to get our money back!!

Hot water in the shower worked great. The bed was uncomfortable. Springs were coming through. Two twins pushed together. If your knee falls just right it would push them apart. My reason for going to a hotel is to get a good night's rest. I checked in at 1700 I left at 0210

Nothing. Dirty, tired and nothing worked. The worst room that I've ever stayed in. Truly. Don't stay here. Non working elevator in a 40 story building. Filthy dirty.
-
the only thing I liked was the view check in at a set up table in the garage was a joke, no one is around for questions or concerns. The "kitchen" had basically nothing including silverware and trash cans. Bathroom was a mess and not really clean.
-
close to where we needed to be. near shopping center. on bus line. close to the hospital. old and run down. only one elevator working on a high rise. no one to check you in until 4 pm. had to store luggage at another hotel.
-
Nothing Elevator is not working very frequently in this 40 stries building

The room was nice. The fact that you have to pay for parking. Maybe itâ≢s because every other hotel Iâ≢d been to had parking for guests since they already paid for the room but I disliked that. Also I feel that the extra $15 charged so have been included in the overall pr

The location is awesome and the price was great for Waikiki. One of the elevators was broken so waiting for elevators was sometimes lenghty. On 3rd day the operating elevators was broken so I had to climb 39 stories worth of stairs. Limited serice hotel

Close to airport Had to wait for staff member for check in. 15 minutes. Had to pay $15 resort fee. Had to pay $25 parking fee. Old tired high rise. Only one working elevator. Water was shut off next day for 6 hours.

That it was in Hawaii Worst hotel Iâ≢ve ever been too. No present staff on location, only security guard who knows absolutely nothing about the hotel. Did my paperwork outside, which I thought was very unprofessional & didnâ≢t even give me an option to self park my car.

Leaving it No reception, no bar, no ââÂ¬à ¾LobbyââÂ¬à  - dont tell it ââÂ¬à ¾HotelââÂ¬à  Need a Renovation

Location, price Only one elevator was operational, a coat of paint would have done the room a lot of good, no clear directions to pool, valet parking was slow and had a hard time finding attendants.
-
The view was breath taking No front desk, they made billing mistakes and over charged. There was no one to clean the room on daily basses. It took 2 days of asking just to get new towels
-
The view was breathtaking! The walk to the beach isn't very far and there is a Mcdonalds and store conveniently a five minute walk away. HOWEVER, we received odd charges on our credit card, trying to get ahold of anyone for anything was a nightmare! They didn't offer room service.
-
Location, the room fit my needs One elevator was not working, the other was very slow. There was a resort fee of $10 a day, the hotel website says there are no resort fees. The manager said that she would reverse the charge, it was not done.

The view was beautiful. no attendant. Were required to valet park and had to walk a long way with our luggage to the entrance. The valet attendant didn't offer to help us and we were an older couple. 3 times our key didn't work and had to keep going next door to fix the key.
