The location was a bit tricky…wasn’t sure where to park for check in and if you pass it on the road you have to make some u turns to get back. Wasn’t sure where the check-in desk was … the bar tender was busy.

The bed was soft It was all just gross and unprofessional. The pictures are false advertising. The hotel is ran down and the elevator is super sketchy. I won't stay here again. Employees were rude and unhelpful.

I felt that the staff was very friendly and nice. We loved the room with good decor. We were comfortable. Only The Bartender made me feel like I was bothering him. He seemed annoyed at my frequent asking for ice water. Its a shame the place did not have an ice machine. But the bag of ice was okay.

Beware, very very limited space for parking. We stayed 3 nights and had to pay $105 to park in the lot across the busy street $35 plus taxes. The staff are super friendly and the female housekeeper was so sweet and accommodating! The property is old, our room was so warm and the a/c was at 65 and unable to adjust it. No phone or microwave in the “kitchenette “ room we booked. Linens were clean no bad odors from the pillows. All in all I unfortunately would not stay again.

The staff were amazing, all very helpful and kind. Definitely felt welcomed, would stay again. Rooms comfortable and clean. Air conditioning worked great. Location great a short walk to beach or shopping areas.

Very comfortable and the complementary welcome drink at the bar was nice

The reception was great! Lincoln and Gwen are incredibly friendly, made me feel like an actual friend beyond a guest. The hotel offers a nice welcome/aloha drink. The property was very centrally located and was clean. Also late check out time so you can sleep in the day you leave!

Dusty. Musty feeling and dated. Dark & dingy. Extremely rude, prejudice staff. No soap, dirty towels. Continually making up new “fees” for the customer.Weird lonely bar right at entrance wi no patronage. Totally would not recommend this to any family.

It would be nice to have microwave in the room so we don't have to leave the room. Beside that everything was great

You could really feel the attention to detail throughout the hotel, which made our stay feel both comfortable and special. The location is walking distance from several great restaurants, shops, and of course the beach! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I absolutely loved my stay at this boutique hotel in Hawaii! The property was charming, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean. The only tricky thing is finding the parking lot, so I would recommend contacting the hotel beforehand so they can help. We called after being lost for a while and were met with such warmth, kindness, and we did end up finding the parking lot! You could really feel the attention to detail throughout the hotel, which made our stay feel both comfortable and special. The location is walking distance from several great restaurants, shops, and of course the beach! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
