The front desk people were amazing really nice, super helpful and the room was always clean they mad my stay at wakiki an amazing experience will book with them again

Great place to stay definitely an older hotel on the strip but owned locally which is nice to know. Loved the location and would definitely stay here again, only thing was you can tell they mainly do spot cleaning for what can be seen, losts of dust and debris behind our beds and on AC, didn’t bother our stay at all though!

Wasn’t clear at all and carpet as dirty, making it uncomfortable throughout my stay. It really affected the overall experience.

For a boutique hotel this place was great! The staff was amazing! Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful and really made me feel welcome! Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Love the hotel bar! It’s the kind of place you hang out in and chat with other guests. Prices for food, drink and lodging are all reasonable. The only down side is parking. Only 17 spaces available on site, otherwise you have to park across the street in a garage. If you don’t mind not being right on the beach then this place is perfect for a Hawai’i visit!

Great place and location for what we needed.

The room: I had the executive King one bedroom. The hotel is older and there are some repair needs, but everything was perfect for a place to relax in between activities. I highly recommend the bus Holo pass and catch the bus everywhere . The bus stops right by the hotel. The cafe, delicious grilled cheese and ham and cheese croissant.. available up to 10 pm! Delicious coffee drink ( iced latte) too. Staff, friendly. Lincoln did greet us oddly by saying, Good luck to you today, your room might not be ready yet... But, overall a pleasant staff. Cleanliness, okay, so yes there's a little dust, yes it has an ocean old age smell, yes the paint is peeling in some place, and the pool was a little murky. But...... It is so quaint and you're not spending all day in there. I was so comfortable and felt like I was in a home away from home. Hawaii is a tropical paradise, enjoy a local feel. The bed, it's was so comfortable and soft. They cleaned my room everyday. It was the perfect place for our vacation.

we got a great room ,king size bed with a nice view out the front door. 903. we watched the sunsets. the room was cozy and nice. the hotel was cozy and the staff was so helpful..short walk to beach and mall, bus stops and good restaurants!

Access to beach was very convenient as well as the location being walking distance to anything you would need to shop or just walking around the city. Very good place of stay.

I definitely would NOT stay here again! If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay, by all means make that reservation. The hotel is very conveniently located and there’s an ABC store on the corner. You can walk to the beach and the Ala Moana Center in less than 5 minutes!

Room extremely comfortable and very clean. Staff is the most helpful staff I have ever had in a hotel. Came in after multiple layer overs and late running flights. The staff helped me with luggage both taking it to my room and to the car the next morning. By the time I reached the hotel I had either been sitting in an airport or flying for over 24 hours. Did not have any breakfast, too tired to think about eating.

Rooms are more than adequate - comfortable and as needed. Hotel is within walking distance to plenty, yet away from main crowds.... Second time I have stayed there, and plan to stay there again.

For anyone who wants a taste of the old Hawaiian style Waikiki, this place is for you. Locally run with a staff that exudes ALOHA!! Convenient location to shopping and sightseeing. Walking distance to most locations. A hidden gem! Great little bar and hang out spot. Will definitely stay here again!

it felt like it wasn’t cleaned. there was a pair of dried contacts stuck to the shower water nozzle

Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. We traveled with elderly parents and staff helped with luggage up the steps. Didn't use the amenities. Can hear the street traffic. Close to McDonald's and Red Lodster. 2 mile walk to cruise port.

Loved this place! Renée was awesome! Everything was perfect!
