Good location, handy to places to eat
-
The rooms are dated, stuck in the late 80's. There was a lingering tobacco smell in my room. The carpet was in a bad shape. All the bathroom and kitchen surfaces and appliances were old and in rough shape. The cable TV STB in the bedroom wasn't working due to a bad connection but I was able to fix it. The employees were very nice and hospitable - they exceeded my expectations.

Great all around stay. Will definitely be back.

The staff was wonderful, nice and very helpful. I like that this hotel is located near lots of places to eat and supports local places like Bishop Museum and the Art Museum. My husband and I was able to use our 2 free tickets to go to Bishop Museum. Our room was upgraded to a 1bdrm suite that had a full kitchen and our own washing machine and dryer. The view was amazing from the entire suite. The best view was from my bedroom with all those big windows! This was our first time staying here and definitely coming back in the future.

This property is located downtown and everything you could possibly need is close by. The stores, luau’s, and beaches I went to were all less than 5 miles from the property. Extremely helpful stuff and beautiful rooms too! 5 stars.

Everything was good and all staff was respectful
-
The staff was very friendly and attentive The location was not nice, the building was old and not updated (smelly carpets should have been replaced 10 years ago), they charged an “amenity fee” for things that are expected in rooms, there is no restaurant in the hotel, there were many unsavory guests

The unit was very clean and we loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was clean and everything worked perfectly. I loved having a full sized fridge! I don't know how the staff remembered us every time we came and went - they were very friendly and helpful. The amenties fee is a great deal if you use the majority of things available under the amenties fee - check what's included because maybe that changes. The location was perfect for us since we were constantly going to Kaneohe and Aiea and Kaimuki and Kalihi AND walking around downtown. Maybe parking was included at the time I booked, but for my actual stay around a month later, it was not included - I'll be more careful next time. Would love to stay here next time!

I actually loved the property Couch was not clean
-
the room was nasty--the furniture was old and scratched--no decorations, everything was chipped and antiquated. Front desk guy was argumentative and rude.
-
I didn’t have breakfast and location was good. The hotel was old and smelling no good.
-
Everything was clean for the most part. The suite has seen its days there was a black stain towards the end of the sheets. Other than that the stay was comfortable and located next to great foods & convenient stores.
-
The view was great. The coffee shop next door was great. Location was great during the day, but sketchy at night. The air conditioning could not be turned off. No fresh air. I FROZE in the night and had to use towels to add to my meager blanket to keep warm. The front desk came up but could not help.

Very expensive for just one night
-
Old. Needs major upgrades.
-
Location is great Apparently the rooms are individually owned and then rendered by the hotel. Which means there is no certainty you will get the room or anything like the room that is used in the hotel advertising.
-
Great views. Lovely staff, but not a great neighborhood to stay in. Too many homeless. Restaurants close between 2 pm and 5 pm at night. Unit is dated
