Everything was clean for the most part. The suite has seen its days there was a black stain towards the end of the sheets. Other than that the stay was comfortable and located next to great foods & convenient stores.

The view was great. The coffee shop next door was great. Location was great during the day, but sketchy at night. The air conditioning could not be turned off. No fresh air. I FROZE in the night and had to use towels to add to my meager blanket to keep warm. The front desk came up but could not help.

Very expensive for just one night

Old. Needs major upgrades.
-
Location is great Apparently the rooms are individually owned and then rendered by the hotel. Which means there is no certainty you will get the room or anything like the room that is used in the hotel advertising.
-
Great views. Lovely staff, but not a great neighborhood to stay in. Too many homeless. Restaurants close between 2 pm and 5 pm at night. Unit is dated

The room was great. A ton of hanger was helpful. Importantly, I was actually able to control the room temperature. It was wonderful. Thank you.

Overall I love staying at this Hotel! The view from the higher floors is AMAZING! The space afforded in the one-bedroom suites make you feel like a king. And the beds make you feel just as good. The location is convenient to the places I need to get to and has plenty of restaurants to eat at close by. An excellent stay whether on vacation or business. Sometimes the price fluctuates. But still worth it for the stay. Book early!

Clean place , staff were really helpful and love the location

I've never stayed in a more poorly maintained hotel. It was the most run down and depressing room I have stayed in in 30 years.

Awesome

This place is clean but it feels like an Airbnb not a hotel our room was kinda like an office that had been converted to an apartment/ hotel room. No real complaints just weird.

I loved our suite on 30th floor. Very spacious. Amazing view of the harbor. Very secure with a 6 digit passcode on the door to the room. Ubers brought us to and from the front curb. I would definitely stay here again. My only concern… the entrance to the hotel is on street level but I didn’t see a single sign that said “The Aston Hotel”. I thought that was very poor communication by the hotel. The normal entrance was down the escalator to the downstairs lobby. Even at the top of the escalator, no Aston sign. We had luggage and finally discovered the elevator which just said “Hotel” and you had to press the intercom to get the elevator to open. Once we got checked in, we understood the location entrance. I’m sure the reason for making it difficult was to dissuade all the homeless street people on the street level.

Kitchen with essential items needed and a washer and dryer. This would be great for a family with kids. For the price paid, we could have stayed in Hilton or another hotel that we are familiar with. This is not in the tourist industry as well but drive time is not too far away. Renting a car is not suggested because parking is like $45 a night. We made the best of the stay because our itinerary was jammed packed everyday so we were only there to Sleep and shower.

Love it
-
Very convenient and clean property, there is a lot of transients in this area, but of course out of the control of the hotel
-
Nice having reserved parking. Very efficient staff.

Clean room.

It was a last minute booking and the staff was very accommodating. When I checked out, I accidentally left my kindle in the room and they mailed it to me where I was staying in Maui. They really went above and beyond.

Great location close to everything
