Clean room great air conditioning and great location

The receptionist i dealt with was awesome, nothing was a problem and went over and beyond her duties. the room whilst nice lacked a few things the coffee machine didn't work, there were problems with the tv, and the kitchen was very basically equipped so I was unable to make coffee as the machine was not working as well as other kitchen facilities were minimal, and whilst the bedroom tv was working the main tv in the lounge showed a fault. But was clean and tidy

Stayed 1 night after a cruise. Clean, comfortable and easily walkable downtown. Not close to the beaches. We took an Uber to hike Diamond Head. (Non-Hawaii residents must reserve tickets in advance). Our room had a kitchenette which was nice.

Location The cleaning the room every three days

It’s a central location so access to public transportation is ideal and also hiking by foot though there is some homeless around the area.

This was the second time we stayed there. The staff was great the first time and just as wonderful this time. We highly recommend The Aston at the Executive Centre Hotel.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Tickets to 2 x nearby museums were a bonus. In house restaurant/dining was closed as was one of the access points to the lobby. The location was a little far away from everything but that can't be helped. The parking was slightly expensive for guests already paying a good price per room but wasn't exorbitant.

Not only is the staff amazing, but you actually see where your money goes. They have people always cleaning and maintaining the entire property.

overdue for a retrofit

It was closed to airport. The surrounding area did not feel safe, the bed and pillows hard as rock. I was in a floor 13 with no view only dirt, bird poop and gate fance.

Clean room and I enjoy my room great room! I had the suite!!

Very nice space in downtown with kitchen, laundry and separate bedroom. During my one week stay the kitchen smelled like fish. The staff kindly provided Lysol spray but the smell lingered. The elevators were very slow. On Friday late afternoon I waited 15 minutes for an elevator. I believe only two of the four were working the week I was there.
