loved every minute of being there, especially the staff members who have worked there 40 years the Bowman I forget his name incredible people good job guys it was nothing to not like

The view was wonderful. The staff exception. Food, drinks and shopping at facility was appreciated. Location was very acceptable. Very clean and upgraded. Nothing to complain about.

We loved the kitchen and the balcony. Much better than a regular hotel room that doesn't have either one. We also loved having a kettle to boil water for our cups of tea. The female check in staff were very 'indifferent' to us. Not friendly, not smiling, didn't even look up at us when they spoke. But the male reception staff was super friendly and welcoming, so each time we needed to check in or ask a question, we tried very hard to go to the male staff members.

There was a disconect between the bookin.com customers and regular ones. We we treated and looked at differently.

It was meant to be a unrenovated condo but it was almost new Nothing

No vent in shower. Hours of the pool were very short. 2nd level pool very shallow. Staff was great, Hotel rooms were great, location great as well.

Excellent high speed Internet; my wife had to teach a university graduate seminar by Zoom and the Internet as fast and robust. Service in the grille--excellent. Bellmen. Very, very prompt! Breakfast--Way, way too many carbs--rice and potatoes?-- and not enough nutritious food. I just wanted a simple cheese omelette and a bagel or English muffin and it as extremely difficult. And expensive. The omelette lacked any taste, either. Not work the price or hassle.

Location and view were good. Fire alarms going off repeatedly at 4am followed by pa announcement saying there was no fire

The location was very good, close to the beach. Plenty to do around the area, the outdoor pool was great.The room was large and had the facilities for cooking or eating takeaways. Very comfortable beds. The hotel was very outdated, being 60 years old.

Also had trouble with television. Staff tried to fix but still didn’t work. We survived without television.

Location was fantastic! Great eating places all around us, two large shopping and eating malls down the road!! Couldnt have picked a better location! The rooms vary greatly because they are privately owned condos! I booked 2 rooms of equal value for us and our friends. The rooms were near completely different, one was much "flasher" than the other with an amazing straight on view, we had a side view but higher. Also, enough with the non-smoking signs, crikey, we had one stuck on our door along with all the other rooms beside us. Signs inside, multiple signs at the lobby, good lord, we get it!

Good location, walking distance to Kahanamoku lagoon and the Hilton village. Also close to Ala Moana shopping mall and Ala Moana Park (public beach). Rooms are spacious. Has a nice deck, pool is small but . Staff and housekeeping definitely have the aloha spirit. Pescawa restaurant at the top of the building has great views and excellent food--at a price (also serving is slow). There is a little superette and an ice cream shop on the first floor, as well as some other commerce. The other restaurant (Cinnamon) on the first floor was never open. Rooms show wear--balcony slide door would get stuck if you locked it, and you had to jiggle it open in a particular way. Housekeeping could do a better job (e.g., there was sand in the room when we arrived, the kitchen countertop was both dusty and had some stuff on it). Not proactive in refilling amenities/towers/toilet paper, even though they're obviously running low or used up--you have to call and ask or stop by the front desk. Also, very strict about using towel cards to get a fixed number of towels.

Lovely room and view of the ocean. The outside of the building could do with a spruce up and more comfortable bed would have been expected.
