I liked leaving Upon entry the first thing you notice is the strong smell of urine. Next you’ll realize there isn’t a bathroom fan or any fan to rid the smell. When you look out your window you’ll be looking at a concrete wall and your neighbors window that lookss directly into your bathroom. So you prop the curtains closed for your stay. Or let them watch your every activity. Then your going to become a cable repair man because your tv doesn’t work and no one will come look at it. They’ll have you crawling around on the floor under tables and behind couches checking cables instead of out enjoying your vacation. And you’re going to get to empty the trash from the prior guest because, well I don’t know why but that makes you wonder if the sheets got changed. I never crawled in to see. This was the eordt room I’ve ever stayed in bar none. And I’ve stayed in some dandies before. The customer service was laughable until it wasn’t funny. U actually went and spent another $2,800.00 at Park Shore next door and got what I expected and more. So please do yourself a favor and do NOT stay here or go thru booking.com. Skip the unnecessary bad beginning to a vacation and go elseware. And if you do stay here look in the mirror and tell yourself you were warned. Have a great vacation n

N/A The room was above trash collector everyday at 6AM. We had no rest at all the 8 days.

Location was very convenient for seeing the city. However there is a loud bar immediately across the hallway from the room. This should have been disclosed before booking. Drunk people loudly talking outside the bar was not what I signed up for. Amenities such as the beach equipment AC and TV were all excellent. Disclosure of proximity to bar doors, bed was too soft.

It’s proximity to the beach I wild have preferred a king size bed

Awesome location, comfy bed, & provided beach supplies. We seen roaches crawling on the couch, & the jets in the jacuzzi tub (that I was very excited to use) was moldy and yes I checked to make sure it wasn’t just stains. Our last night there we woke up drenched in sweat bc the power went out which isn’t their fault bc a power line went down but it was still a bummer. I paid roughly $1500 for 5 nights, I upgraded to a king bed so honestly I expected the place to be in pristine condition or atleast clean.

The location was great; the room was near the beach, the park and a bus stop, which made it easy to get around. The room was small but contained everything needed. Blackout curtains blocked the light from coming in, great at night but during the day the view was internal, towards other rooms and hallways. The apartment is for sale and twice I was asked to leave so the apartment could be shown. This was not cool. I guess this was the reason for the small discount that was offered.

The pans to cook with Were there in the room were the Old teflon pants couldn't use them Had to buy a new set and then leave it at the goodwill

Small space that is at the edge of Waikīkī Beach and across the street from the Zoo. Very walkable and easy transit. Needed additional plates, cups and spoons.. could have been cleaner

Location Paying so much for parking.

The location was as advertised, very close to Waikiki Beach. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Although we did not used them, there were boogie boards and swim fins in the closet. There were plenty of towels. The room faces an inner courtyard so there is no view. We arrived Friday afternoon to find that the TV and internet were not working. We contacted the management company who informed us that the problem was with the cable company. The issue still was not resolved when we checked out. The only access to internet we had was in the hotel lobby, which was not ideal as our room was on the 7th floor. But the elevators were right across the hall...The owner offered a partial refund, we have not yet seen it appear on our account 5 days after checking out.

I was surprised with ease of parking, cleanliness of room, amenities within room, and customer service. It was unexpected because I thought with the price I paid I would be receiving. It's not the fancy hotel on Waikiki beach but I was steps away from the beach, shopping, great restaurant and park. Lastly I love being next to the park with all the trees.

Ac was noisy

The location is great and the view from the rooftop is spectacular for diamond head and sunsets The building is very old now and really needs a facelift. The pool is in very poor condition and surprisingly not heated and no spa The rooms are also functional but need some better storage etc for travellers
-
location is excellent. No outlet in the bathroom.
-
The location was perfect, 2 mins from the beach, coffee shop, store, and 3 mins for a restaurant Low maintenance by company. The refrigerator was thick with ice and hadn't been defrosted for months, hence inefficient. Curtains were off the rails. A standard lamp did not work, so it made it difficult to read. The sink in the bathroom ran away very slowly, which indicates blockage. The towel rail in the bathroom was off the wall at one end, so it couldn't be used. Handles missing from drawer units.

Love the location xxx I like to eat ice but couldn’t use the fridge as it was over frozen and maybe update your fridges as they aren’t over expensive and you have a great spot to the beach and people like to put ice in there water bottles as it is hot outside and keeps the water colder and people happier :)

Location and smiles and service of the employees Airco makes sound

If you like BED BUGS and filth then you’ll love this place. Stinks and disgusting. And you can’t open the curtains or the windows because everyone will see in as it faces a corridor. And it’s NOT a hotel booking at all so your “room” won’t be serviced. ALL LIES We left and booked elsewhere as couldn’t not stay in it. Trying to recover money now from bookings. DON’T BOOK you’ll be sorry. Everything. It’s just disgusting
