The view and the room Nothing

Located in a scenic location overlooking the Columbia River (can't see River from most rooms), but beautiful walks. Next to Columbia Gorge Hotel where you can walk to and have a delicious dinner. Property is well maintained and nicer and a better value than chain hotels in the areas.

Helpful staff. Clean property!

Good all around, though some rooms will hear the highway.

The property was right next to I -84 which is an extremely busy hwy. Semi trucks and cars passing all night long. I did not want to be on the freeway side. I tried the front desk three times and received voicemail. The view on the other side was a parking lot. The bedroom faced I-84 and I listened to semi trucks and cars all night long. Extremely noise and didn’t sleep due to the disturbance. The other side of the room was a view of the parking lot. This was not the description of the unit. It was so cold and took a great deal of time to heat the unit up. This was close to $500 per night. Highly disappointed.

Nice clean room.

Really pretty property and a great base for a weekend in Hood River. It’s one exit from downtown, which felt like the perfect balance of convenience and quiet. The views of the river from the cliffs were gorgeous and the grounds were beautiful. The WiFi signal was very weak from our room, and disconnected often. One night all of the courtyard parking spots were taken and we had to park on the other side of the building. Otherwise a very nice stay.

I left an item behind after my stay, and I was promptly notified and offered the option to have it shipped back home. Very very helpful and I cannot thank the staff enough!

The facility was comfortable and...

Nice property. Clean room comfy beds We might as well be camping on the side of a highway. The car noise was so loud! Thank goodness I asked for a fan in the room or else I couldn’t have slept. At $450 a night it was way overpriced! I had to pay $77 for a 4 pound Pomeranian to stay in the room for two days! Because I had a pet, I had to stay in the room that had no elevator and was next to the highway. Biggest rip off ever.

Our Euro King room on the 2nd level (no elevators) was small and we had a "wonderful view" of the road and highway behind the Columbia Cliffs Villas Hotel (which, BTW, is where 2 of the 5 buildings are placed), and yes, there was LOTS of road noise. There was hardly room for our two small suitcases and miniscule counter space in the bathroom unless you count a tiny shelf above the toilet. The AC unit kept turning itself off from the auto setting, too. Lastly, there is a wall just inside the door that was in desperate need of a good cleaning from projectile type spills. Would NOT stay here again. Definitely felt like the marketing of the hotel was a bit deceptive and wondering how the majority of the reviews are so great.

Especially for the price, this property had a luxurious feel.
