Adorable hotel and great location. Needs some updating regarding the windows in the rooms. It is a bit noisy but worth it. The restaurant has a delicious menu!

The carpet in the room was dirty. The bathroom door would not close. The lighting was poor. There is no temperature control, ie, thermostat in the room.

This hotel is right in the middle of downtown, cute shops, restaurants you can walk to everything

Great location , lovely room, one of the front desk folks was a star grumpy, but the rest were friendly :) loved you can walk right into town . The elevator felt a bit janky as we say here in Oakland. One of those oldies w the chain door. That was my only concern. The town is gorgeous !

Biggest drawbacks are no included parking or breakfast. Both are available but just not included.

The bathroom was incredibly small, the toilet ran (noisy), it was hot and stuffy.

Costly, windows don't open, stale smell to room, bed sheets were dirty, couldn't get a complete set and had to use my own, mattress was broken and couldn't use one half of the bed.

Love the location and vibe. Breakfast was amazing. Like the old fashioned rooms. I left something in the room and returned the next day to retrieve it and was told it was thrown away. I don't understand why they couldn't just hold it for at least a day. Very frustrating.

We loved the funky old time ambience. The breakfast at Broder was great! It’s an old building, but very clean and well maintained. It’s definitely a top choice if you like the early period architecture. Staff were top notch. It was an easy, pleasant stay.

If the Hood River Hotel wants to remain competitive, it either needs to significantly modernize the guest experience or lower its rates to reflect what it currently offers. Otherwise, it risks being left behind as travelers choose newer, more comfortable accommodations for the same price.

The restaurant was rarely open.

The hotel is great. The parking is absolutely horrible. They have no handicap accessible parking. We did what we were told to do and they got a parking ticket to boot.
