From check-in to check-out, the staff was wonderful. The front desk associates were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making the entire experience pleasant from the moment we arrived. The complimentary breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts we've had. There were eggs, potatoes, sausage patties, waffles, and a variety of other options. It offered enough choices to accommodate different dietary needs and preferences, including those traveling with food allergies. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our stay. The only thing that caught us by surprise was the lack of a closet. There wasn't a place to hang clothes, and our room also didn't have an iron or ironing board. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but it was a bit unusual compared to most hotels. Overall, this was an excellent stay with outstanding customer service, a great breakfast, and a comfortable room. Aside from the missing closet and ironing amenities, we were very happy with our experience and would happily book this hotel again.

Great location near many places to eat and shop Everything was great aside from the mini fridge not cooling properly. We would have liked for the pool to be heated. It was pretty chilly, so we didn’t get to enjoy it long.

I paid for a two queen sleeper sofa suite and did not get that room. Also was not offered any compensation for not getting the room I booked. Will not stay again.

Ms. Carol was the absolute sweetest person! She made our stay so meaningful! She is so caring and attentive ! She needs a big raise !! Every one was really nice, the rooms were nice and smelled so good ! The jacuzzi tub was WONDERFUL! 10/10! I definitely recommend !
