The young lady was very friendly. The guy was ok. It was quiet and easy to commute from Plumbing issues, cigarette burns in the sheets, table, fridge and microwave was unbalanced so using it you had to be careful

It was close to the hospital

Convenient location for what we needed for our stay. Friendly front desk staff.

We asked for shuttle van services for my doctor’s appointment at MD Anderson Cancer Center. According to front desk, shuttle van services is not available, don’t have driver. During our stay, we using Uber for one day. Ended renting a car until we checked out. Two days in a row, there were police activities infront of the hotel.

There was no shuttle as advertised. That was the main reason for choosing this property. Breakfast not pleasing

Broken down chain link fence, 2 shipping containers outside, weeds everywhere. Inside lobby smelled horrible. NO SHUTTLE SERVICE AS PROMISED TO MEDICAL CENTERS. Horrible experience.

The sign in the room specifically said to put dirty towels on the floor and the staff would replace them. Nobody replaced the towels or sheets, and when I went to the reception they said they did not have extra towels. The place was sketchy and shoddy.

When I checked in the clerk acted like it was crazy that I had a reservation. He asked me 4 times. “You really have a reservation “ with a look of incredulity on his face. The room was clean. The TV did not work. I called the office and clerk said he would come in 10 mins. He never came and tv never worked. I don’t think this place deserved the 8.0+ ratings. More like 6.5 or 7.0.

Rooms were clean and most of the property, staff was extremely nice. Property is just dated.

For a low budget, low star hotel in met all of my needs. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that if there was anything wrong with my room that they would take care of it immediately. For the price it was an excellent experience.
