Americas Best Value Inn NRG Park Medical Center

Pros: location is ~15 mins walking distance to Reliant (there's no shuttle service), room has a microwave and refrigerator, shower water pressure is good & the water gets hot, towels and linens were clean, housekeeping was consistent and efficient, ac worked, and parking was free. Cons: wifi was spotty (worked once for about 10 mins), TV got no reception on most channels and fuzzy on the handful it did get, the area is sketchy at best and I was awakened 2 of 3 nights by random strangers yelling nearby & sirens blaring. The walls, doors, and windows have 0 soundproofing, so you will hear everything. The ac was loud and gave off a strange smell that permeated my clothes to the point I had to air them out and spray them with lysol.

Air conditioning needs attention.

The place looked a little run down and breakfast options were very limited. The staff was helpful when we needed something. There's plenty of parking and it's located at walking distance from Walgreens, Kroger, NGR stadium and a few strip malls.

Terrible stay. I woke up with bug bites all over my leg. I notified the office and they were not helpful at all. The rooms were dirty and impossible to sleep in. I will never stay here again.

Good

The room smelled like smoke AC was barely working.

Comfortable room with nice amenities and good location, definitely recommend

Spartan and cheap cost. OK for a single guy. My wife would have killed me.

It was great stay…clean rooms.

Strange noises in the middle of the night, bed and shower both were ok, not a 5 star hotel, acceptable for a night.

This is an ideal place to stay if you're going to the medical center area. It's not the Hyatt, but the staff is great and we feel safe there. BONUS! There is a fabulous taco truck around the corner.

It’s a very clean budget, friendly hotel It’s nothing fancy. It’s just really clean and a good deal. The parking is safe and the staff is friendly.

I like the location My room had bed bug we ich all night didnt get no rest my stay this time was very bad

Terrible experiencia con Familia, llegó la policía buscando a alguien dentro de la propiedad, tuvimos que irnos de la propiedad por miedo, además de falta de limpieza con cabellos en regadera

A/C was on, easy parking, nice room w mini fridge and microwave.

The room was clean and comfortable, and within easy walking distance to Reliant Stadium. Perfect for anyone coming to Houston to see an event at that venue.

Super close to NRG Stadium and walkable. AC works great!

All good

The stay was convenient for our trip. We went for the AC/DC concert and the location was at walking distance. The only negative thing was the parking. It was limited and in one side of the hotel it was a one way entry, with no way out. We literally had to reverse the entire way back to be able to leave. The exit gate they had was closed and blocked with no way of getting out. If someone parked behind you along the fence you were not going to be able to fully back out and “reverse” back out.

Room was clean
