It was very clean and close to NRG stadium. It was a bit dated, but honestly, very good for the price and location.

Location near NRG stadium for world cup game. Bathroom too small and sink area open to room so not private.

Perfect location if you’re going to NRG. Good room for the price, even during a major sporting event.

The location was great for where we wanted to be and the hotel allowed us to park after check out.

GREAT STAFF

Location near the NRG stadium There were cockroaches in the room! We called frontdesk nobody answered. We went downstairs and there was nobody. In the morning when we told them we are leaving and want our money back. They did not even apologize but told us they came to our room at 4:27 am! We already killed the cockroaches, what did you want to do than? Very bad service and nasty!

Shower curtain had holes where mounts to pole. The tv was small and picture quality was just not sharp. Water leaked from the a/c unit. Kinda had a gap about quarter inch at the bottom of door. If you need a shuttle to airport forget it

I checked in on June 9 for one night as reserved and confirmed on Expedia using my credit card. They charged me for two nights and when I check out on the 10th they reimbursed me for the additional night that they charged but somehow they charged me additional night on the same day on June 10. Not sure what kind of system they are running but when I went back to complain the front desk person told me that the charges on additional night was done by another person the morning of June 10. He assured me that those charges will be removed after 2-3 days. We’ll see what happens by Monday if this is true. Still I am confused of why the additional charges on my card done on June 10 the day I checked out. Be careful when paying this place. Make sure you review your receipts and the charges to your cards.

Amazing place for a fun night!

Building is older property, but the rooms have been repainted and new flooring has been installed. Room is very clean. Everything in the room worked properly (fridge and microwave, ac, shower, TV coffee maker). Price is good, is close to medical center and NRG center. Housekeeping cleaned dailey and staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds are OK.

The fridge and freezer work excellent, the linen were maintained and staff was very friendly. The Tv reception was terrible, hot water was not so hot in the shower,but did get warm. The property building was very old, drip coffee pot was okay but, compared to other stays a kerrig would have been welcome. There were restaurants near by but not what I expected there were any breakfast restaurants near. The continental breakfast offered was sparce, cold cereal, a few fruits, juice, coffee, tea, toaster waffles, instant oat meal, and small pkgs of muffins. To stay a few night is alright, for an extended stay U would stay elsewhere. But the price could not be beat.
