It wasn’t what expected

It was a fantastic place to stay. I mean i was there for two days and everything was great. When i was checking in they let me use a charger cause I thought I lost my wallet and they were understanding, gave me a good recommendation for good BBQ. The staff was amazing keep hp the good work.

The AC didn’t work properly and was address to the staff. The bathroom wouldn’t flush as well. Very poor for what they charge, I don’t think we will stay there again.

Reasonable priced and clean. Great location to NRG. Wouldn’t recommend walking to NRG. Extremely short drive though!

The receptionist was very helpful and she even charged my phone for me. When I first checked in and went to the room, the sink was clogged and I called several times with no help and the water was yellow. Busy lines and when I finally talked to someone, they literally hang on me twice!

We stayed here for the world cup, and the location was very convenient! There was the stadium, a fiesta market, and multiple fast food places within a mile of the hotel, so we didn’t have to use our car! The room itself was pretty old, but nothing beats the location and the hospitality, we weren’t able to check in until 2am and they were able to hold our room for us!
