The only thing I would change is update the lights in the bathroom--they are a little dark for a little old lady.

This property needs a serious upgrade. Just uncomfortable, and feels old, stale, and an odor of musty water. Did not even take off my shoes off.

The pool and hot tub were out of order and it was not listed even though it was out of order when I made my reservation

The location was fine but the staff that evening was horrible and unknowledgeable about my reservation. I attempted to educate her even after she called her supervisor but she remained non chalant and ride. After she continued to be rude I snapped back and I finally left. I wouldn't recommend this facility if thats the normal attitude of the staff. Staff needs better attitude.

This hotel I would not recommend to anyone.The customer service was terrible.

Just stayed here because of the location and I was tired. Upon check in the lady at. Front desk wanted me to pay. I informed her that I had paid through a third party. She had to call her boss and get authorization to give me a room key. This after I showed her my authorization code. Towel that was for stepping out of shower was soaking wet. I don't believe it was changed from previous guest. Top sheet wasn't clean. Looked like it was stained or had something on it.

I stay in a lot of hotels and this is by far the worst one I have ever been at. I will never stay here again. Horrible staff.

Customer service was the best thing about the hotel The small rooms not very kid friendly but still a great place the dryer was actually not working very well had to dry for over a hour but at least it was free
