The hotel was smelly out dated the beds and the covers should be thrown away

Great breakfast, amazing in room jacuzzi...outstanding value!! Check out is 11:00 a.m. At 10:15 we got a phone call reminding us check out is at 11:00. That's great, fine, we say "yes, we know we need to leave at 11:00". Then we get another phone call at 10:30 reminding us that check out is at 11:00. Finally, at 10:50 we have somebody banging on our door telling us that check out is at 11:00! This feels very much like overkill!. We knew check out time, and we were prepared to leave by 11:00. There is no reason for you to be pestering a guest that often prior to check out time. We've stayed here before and I am going to assume that this is a one-time problem, so we will stay here again. But someone needs to ensure that the front desk does not do this again

The coffee maker looked like it was last used during the Middle Ages so as the coffee disposable bag inside . The fridge was dirty with standing water all over. The breakfast served is subpar to any worldwide acceptable level. Overall 8 because the walking distance to Whoke Foods Store and the friendly and helpful staff..

Breakfast needs some improvements. Tea was always cold, one day yogurts were spoiled, no fruits.

Nice & friendly.

The gentleman at the front desk was kind. The in room hot tub really needs grab handles and some sort of non slip bottom. We skipped the unappealing breakfast. For the price of the hot tub room, we could have gotten a much nicer place, and had money left over.

Everything’s really good except the key cards doesn’t work to get into the building from any door except the main entrance. If they fix that 5 stars !!

It's an older hotel but its very clean and well kept. The breakfast was limited. That the only thing I did not like.

This hotel is an older property with some upgrades. It is in a great location close to westheimer, good value. Breakfast was lacking.

Way better than any other Extended Stay I’ve ever been to! Top of the charts, for sure. Complimentary products sucked but I am bougie.

Great location and convenient. However the rooms dont feel very clean. The staff are extremely friendly so I do feel bad to say about the cleanliness. Overall everything looks good but the rooms have carpet and it does smell. Breakfast looks very basic and coffee is very weak. I will continue to stay but there are things that can be improved
