NOTHING - The minute we unloaded/walked in it was a runned down and NO doubt they have subsidized housing. Everthing about this property as described is 100% incorrect and pics are decieving. Did not feel safe staying here AT ALL or CLEAN! Thankfully the lady working the desk was will to give us a full refund.

The room that we were placed in had mold near an A/C vent. The bed was made, but lumpy. I did not like the fact that nothing was honored in your promotion with regard to my rooms being placed close together. Also, the fact that the room was not up to par at all.

The stay was very uncomfortable. The place was actually very dirty and outdated. The beds were horrible and broken. The box springs were poking our backs and there was dust and spider webs everywhere in our room. It was smelly. The window seals were atrocious. I could throw up rethinking about everything. It was just not a comfortable feel. The dirtiness of it. The elevators were rocky and the flooring needed to be repaired. Air only worked in certain areas of the hotel and it was too hot for the air conditioners to not be working. Needs a lot of work. The floors were very uneven in our room.

Front desk people were nice. My whole stay I only were able to get into my room once. The rest of my stay someone had to come and charge my door , in order for me to enter. I was sitting in the hallway at 2:05 am waiting for someone to let me into my room. My Worst weekend every. My birthday ruined.

The whole stay the pool wasn’t clean. The workers cleaned out the elevator and mop the floor but didn’t left a wet sign in the elevator.
