People on property was nice and helpful. The rooms were clean.

The kitchen had no pots, pans, spatulas,..etc for you to cook with. The paperwork before our trip said only to bring plates and utensils. One of the staff members entered our room after a couple of hours after we checked in unannounced! Just barged in no knock- nothing. Entered with the key and said. Oh, I didn’t know anybody was in this room. Very suspicious. The second to last day another staff member pounded on our door and insisted we had missed our check out and had to go down to the office to pay for another day if we wanted to stay. We explained to the staff our check out day was for the following day. Did not believe us or care. Had to go down to the office after rushing to get dressed and upon confirming we were right with paperwork to prove it, the staff member did not once apologize! Overall would not recommend and will not be staying here again.

The room was well-maintained with a full kitchenette that made it easy to cook simple meals and stretch my budget. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked great (very important in Houston heat!), and everything felt secure. The staff was professional and friendly — they made the check-in process smooth even when I was tired from traveling. Location-wise, it was convenient with easy access to major roads, nearby stores, and public transit options. For a weekly extended-stay option, the value was outstanding. It truly helped me get my bearings in a new city without added stress. Thank you to the team at Jersey Village — I really appreciate the kindness and the solid place to stay during a challenging time. Highly recommend for anyone needing short-term housing in the area! 5/5 stars

The property manager was nice. The environment was disgusting!!!! The breezeways smelled of urine and the ratings for this location were false!!!!

I stayed during "renovations" so it might be better than it seems but not sure how well they talk with maintenance. Been here a week with broken shower. Can be noisy T times. Not terrible i guess other than that.

You have to store up on your own supplies. It’s pretty quiet. A/C ran cold all summer long. Thank you, InTown Suites for a peaceful, relaxing extended stay!

The cabinets were hanging off the hinges. I went to three different places to find one with either an elevator or one on the first floor. We are handicapped, so couldn’t stay at any of them.
