Clean room

Staff never try to solve the problems, they are not welcome at all. It’s not clean you will not get the support you expected

Nothing!!! first off all it doesn't look like the pictjures it really down graded dirty floor and carpet u have to provided everything on your own like towels toilet paper ect... very bad customer service the lady kelly was so rude

Not clean.

Bad

Es un lugar excelente muy limpio y gente respetuosa. Yo soy una persona delicada y estricta. Y atendieron de maravillas, lo recomiendo.

Rooms look new, modern, and clean. -No trash cans anywhere on the property. Only a dumpster. -Office hours are not 24/7 -Too many people lingering on the parking lot

Honestly this was a good deal for the money. The neighbors were also not excessively loud or anything like that! It was definitely a nicer room than I expected for this price range. The highway rushing by is not something controllable, but it wouldn't be a good place to take a walk. Life is moving fast beyond these walls! The elevator issues were a bit annoying from time to time.

Passable

Great place to stay in Houston. I was there for 7 days. Has close access to Walmart and target for shopping. The stove and microwave provides great access to cooking basic stuff while on the move

Terrible

The room The deposit hold.

The deposit hold.

Exceptional

I did buy some groceries which went bad due to the fridge not staying closed,I reported it and no one went to fix it.Im upset due to 100 in groceries going to the trash.

Good people

Exceptional

When house keeping is cleaning the room its a quick wipedown, also when making your bed they don't put clean linen on the bed or vacuum

Stay was good
