La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houston Energy Corridor

Breakfast not good the coffee was terrible. We had 4 Rooms 1 of the 4 had a working A/C, 3 had hot A/C not working . Miserable night stay. Elevator was not working properly and when we came back from the game that night A guest was stuck in the elevator till they were able to open it. Sad to say worst experience ever at a LA Quinta.

They need to clean the rooms everyday because it’s Texas and it’s more prone to critters. We had two roaches in the bathroom. They originally only provided two wash cloths for a room that sleeps five. There was no iron or ironing board in the closet. I would not stay again.

Hotel was very clean. Bed was comfortable and was quiet. Shower pressure was good but could better. Water was very hot which I loved part is Blue Bell factory from my location.

Nice and clean The bathroom was not maintained with the exhauster fan and the floor tile was broken in places. There was no hairdryer.

AC didn’t work in the room and water was cold.

Everything was good, clean room, plenty of parking, the staff was very friendly and breakfast on time and deli.

Clean and very convenient and staff are very nice.

The quality was good for the price that I paid and the location is good. However, I had to wait for the room to be available when I tried checking well after the check in time (3:00).

The hot tub was nice There was bed bugs in the bed .

One of the better hotels for staying at for a cheaper price. My only complaints are that the internet was very slow (just had to watch TV instead) and I wanted to swim but the pool was closed.

My friend said everything was good.

Nothing the places smell dirty and also smell like mold.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned. I had to go to Walmart and purchase cleaning supplies to clean the room. The room also smelled like mildew. The hallways smelled of Marijuana and needed a deep clean.

Nothing a staff was rude. Staff was horrible.

Nothing It was dirty I was given a disability room for the first night although I had booked a normal one and couldn't sleep due to the noise of the other rooms

The breakfast was okay, but the biggest issue was the front desk staff. An older woman and older man working the desk were rude and unwelcoming. When I asked for shampoo and conditioner, the woman rolled her eyes at me, making me feel like my request was a bother. The older man did not greet me, say hello, or acknowledge me he simply stared at me, which made me feel uncomfortable. The only positive staff interaction I had was with a younger gentleman at checkout, who was friendly and professional. Overall, due to the cleanliness issues, unpleasant odors, and poor customer service, I would never stay here again.
