It’s a very peaceful stay and I will continue to book with them.

There were multiple roaches of 3 kinds in the room. Multiple other guest said they found roaches in their rooms too. Multiple sheets were dirty, and something was stuck to them. At around 5- 6 a.m. on both days of our stay, there was a fire alarm sound in our rooms, which made us jump out of our beds. There was black mold on the bathroom walls.

they have to change the carpet on the hallways or at least cleaning very well, look terrible ,,

The fire alarm then went off repeatedly throughout our entire stay. It went off twice immediately after midnight on Thursday, again around 5 AM Friday, and again around 5 AM Saturday. I was traveling with my children, and repeatedly being awakened in the middle of the night and having to leave the room to determine whether there was an actual emergency was extremely stressful. We also had multiple TV problems. Neither TV worked in my room, including the bedroom and living room TVs, and only one of the two TVs worked in our second room. Most concerning was a dangerous exposed screw protruding from the wall directly above the headboard. My child noticed it, and I immediately photographed it and showed the manager around 2 PM on Saturday. The manager apologized and told me it would be taken care of immediately. We left the hotel and returned around 8:30 PM, and the screw was STILL sticking out of the wall above the bed. I have photographs showing exactly how dangerous this was. This should have been addressed immediately, especially because children were staying in the room. These were far too many problems for a single 3-night stay.

Close to the places I wanted to visit in Houston The stall stench that was throughout the entire building and the room itself, wasn’t a pleasant smell during stay. Had dead roaches in the corner as well as another guest on a different floor complained of the same thing. Loves the location but will choose somewhere else next time along the strip

Location was convenient. It has a gym. Inculded breakfast. Rooms are in disrepair. Staff are often absent, and when there are extrlemy low energy and unhelpful. Constant false fire alarms each night I statyed there. No communication from the staff o this. Calls ignored. Noisy guests, constantly slamming doors, shouting all night. Trash cans left to overflow.

Beds were decent. We found 2 roaches in our room also the ac wasnt great. We were moved to a new room. Ac was much better in the second room and no bugs. Hallways were extremely warm and stuffy. They had issues with the fire alarm in the middle of the night. I went off twice. We were also not very impressed with the breakfast.

The facility made sure house keeping kept up with cleanliness THE ROACHES!! The room reeked of a mildew smell. New roaches appeared everyday. Love seat was FILTHY. Would not recommend if you do not like pests

As always the staff and management are exceptional in caring for our stay .. the rooms are always clean and very well kept. We ending up staying for a couple of days extra .. and even have us an extra hour for checkout .. The staff is very caring , breakfast is exceptional, parking as well .. this hotel is our go to every time we come to Houston .. Christine & Pat L.

The place smells of dampness. The draws on chester draw didnt close, the breakfast waffle maker was dirty and broken.
