Cleanliness can be better, saw a cockroach in the room. Breakfast can be more varied, they had exact same breakfast Monday to Friday.

I booked the room for your wife's birthday. I came early. When I opened the door, the smell was horrible. I was about to bring some air freshener to spray in the room, but it was a busy day; I couldn't find anything to kill that smell And then, when I brought my family into the room, they couldn't resist the smell. There was a lady at the front desk. She was so nice; she tried to help us out. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay; we had to leave the same day

Hyatt hotel was very horrible the pipes made knocking noise all night couldn't sleep check out the next day Nothing

Room smelled of mold when the air conditioner ran. And otherwise strong smell of cleaning supplies and solutions.

areas clean and rooms is ok but need to keep eyes on clock maybe not safe or can't open 🙃 🤔 staff is need some training about how to customer service

Good location,, clean lobby, The breakfast needs major improvement and the bathroom wasn't all that clean when. I checked in

The room was very clean as well as the property. I enjoyed my stay, even though it was very short. The location is unbeatable.

After lowering the thermostat to cool the room, the air conditioning unit began leaking water. When I woke up around 3:00 AM, there was water on the floor from the leak. I called the front desk at 6:00 AM to report the issue, and we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the new room was much smaller than the one we had originally been assigned room 324. Overall, I was very disappointed with this experience. I have stayed at La Quinta before and have always been very pleased with the accommodations, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I hope this matter is addressed so future guests do not encounter the same issues.

The breakfast wasn’t all that and the pool wasn’t available. Those were my only complaints. Breakfast could offer a better non meat option and the pool should be open properly during regular pool season.

Clean, friendly staff, fair price, comfortable beds. Our air conditioner wasn't working right so it was difficult to sleep. The parking lot was on the smaller side.

I liked the size of our family room it was clean. I was there for a staycation with my family of grandkids and when we went to pool there was people smoking weed and going to liquor store I do not believe everyone there was staying at the hotel. So I left because I had 4 little kids with me and I didn't feel safe we left in less than 5 hours.
