Red Lion Inn & Suites Katy

Excelente

The staff was real friendly, property was clean, they are at good location, pretty much you have restaurants, grocery store, Katy mills mall real close by. We were there for 5 days they cape the room clean , but the bed sheets they didn’t replaced them for clean ones , that was the only thing that was missing.

This was a nice clean hotel with easy access to the I-10 and Katy Mills. The staff was nice and friendly.

Nice room with full size frige and small kitchen as well. Close to mall and resturants. Check in employee was not very friendly. Wasn't rude just acted like I was bothering him.

The breakfast food at 7:30am was empty. I saw just two muffins and limited juices.😠 We ate breakfast elsewhere.

Lady was honestly nice. I can respect that. Trying to touch my money before I left the house. Idc what the reason is, if s*** goes wrong, and yall done taken my money and there no refunds, you already made me want to do bad things to your business but I'll keep them in my head where its legal.

The room was nice.

It’s not terrible! But just know if you stay here make sure it’s just to sleep. My room had no carpet or rugs so u could hear every step and cough. The breakfast was a big disappointment, only hot food were eggs and potatoes NO Meat! The fridge made a popping sound after it finished running, the satellite tv sound skips every 10 seconds on all the channels. If I’m honest the best part of it was 7/11 being right in front of the hotel. *Also the picture on the wall of a guy with binoculars looking at you just weird*

A/C did not work in the first room we were given, razor and personal shampoo left in shower from previous person and fridge was broken. We were given a second room after an hour of telling the front desk that a room in Texas was too hot with out air conditioning. Second room had a telephone that was missing all of its buttons and a TV that turned on but did not have a working picture and only had sound. The neighbors were having very loud sex with dog noises for 30 minutes before we went downstairs and told the front desk person to let them know the condition of our room. He just stared at us like he did when we told him about the not working A/C in the first room. We booked for 3 days, but ended up leaving and they refused to give a refund for the days we wouldn't be there. We booked at the Hyatt Place which was a $25 difference from the Red Lion and it was a completely different experience. Clean, kind front desk, didn't have a weird smell, had security in the parking lot 24/7 to keep cars safe, had a pool and free breakfast. DO NOT book at this hotel.

Location Hotel appeared dirty. Bugs and dirt observed on the floor in the lobby and elevator.Rooms mostly appeared clean.

Air conditioning was very loud in the room too.
