Sheraton Houston Brookhollow Hotel

Old building. My room had horrible B.O. because I reserved through 3rd party little could be done on the hotels side. Restaurant needs upgrade.

This is an older hotel, probably really nice back in the days. The pictures online are not what the property really looks like when you arrive. Not all the amenities were available. Hot tub was out of order, carpet stained, no refrigerator in room, basically needs updated. Sadly, pool area was a big disappointment. Not a fan of the breakfast buffet, was not worth $20 per person. Staff is wonderful, parking is great, seems like a nice area.

For the moment we arrived we had a friendly staff members helping us out. Best of most we make new friends the atmosphere at the bar watching late soccer matches were amazing. Skylar best bartender and always ready to make your stay more enjoyable. We definitely made a new friend in town. Thank you

Will never stay at this hotel again find blood all on the bed mattress disgusted

The bathroom was too small

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating to my needs. Room was clean with a nice view of the downtown highrises. The breakfast provided was good as well.

Our new home base in Houston. They were able to arrange adjoining rooms with one being accessible. Staff was great. Northern for manager of the year!

Room was super hot , AC did not work correctly

Great stay. Perfect location. Very quiet and good price.

Could not make the room any cooler nor could you read the temperature. The cold-water faucet at the bathroom sink was so tight you could barely turn it.. Had to leave quickly, so didnt get a chance to the staff.

Breakfast staff were amazing;front desk staff had superior customer service, security staff were great and they are fast with check ins and check outs; my best experience there was banquets’ replenishment of water at Bachata event Lack of refrigeration and more microwave options as well as old laundry equipment for guests

The room was very clean and in good conditions
