Electricity was turned off at 8:30am this morning! Had plans to sleep in and could not do that because we needed to get ready for the day! We should get a refund!!

This place is OK. Not bad for a single guy visiting family. It’s comfortable for a one or two night stay. But I would never bring my family here.

I initially was pleased with the good deal we got on the rooms. But, definitely paid for what we got. The rooms were very old, no refrigerator in my room, 2-star quality towels and bathroom. It was not horrible by any means, but definitely not what I think of for a Sheraton. I did not even have a "do not disturb" sign in my room to use. Staff were nice and common areas of the hotel were nice enough.

Staff was very kind and helpful but that was it with this hotel. I was charged an extra $100 that I was not expecting which made me more upset seeing how old and cheap the room was. Walls and ceiling had large cracks, bathroom was tiny and toilet had issues flushing. I was very disappointed with my experience considering how much I paid

The receptionist was very helpful and was able to get me a microwave set up in my room and the breakfast was good as well.
