The hotel does not exist!!! Booking.com has not notified us! We were there in the middle of the night without a place to stay! Outrageous! I want a compensation!!! The hotel does not exist !!!

Nothing! When we arrived we found that in February 2024 the hotel had been converted into social housing. We were not notified of this change by the hotel or by Booking.com. When we contacted Booking.com they said it was the hotel’s fault we hadn’t been contacted about the change of use. As we made the booking through Booking.com we thought they would have responsibility to notify us of any change. However, from this, and previous bookings made through Booking.com we have found they are not helpful when things go wrong so we will not be using their service again.

We had a confirmed booking for 16th -21st April BUT apparently had closed down back in February!!! They were closed

hotel didn't exist - but there is an unaffiliated Sonesta hotel down the road which happened to have space, and was perfectly nice.

This property doesn't exist. It is closed for condo conversion. We drove up to find the doors shut with under-renovation signage. Why is this being offered on Booking.com?! Nothing, we were unable to check in as the property has turned into apartments. The property has been turned into apartments and the stay didn't happen. Had to rush to find a real hotel elsewhere at 9pm

Very clean, comfortability, spacious, full kitchen, with very comfortable bed and extra extra space Be gentleman who checked me in was not very friendly nor helpful.

The queen bed was comfortable and we liked having a functional kitchen. The carpet was very nasty and had animal odor and pet hair. My 4 yr old could not play on the floor. The sheets were stained. The sofa bed mattress was filthy!

Everything Nothing

They didn’t have my right room, wanted to charge me for the better room I paid for and still give me a smaller one. The door didn’t shut right, the toilet and the fridge moved. The toilet clogged after 3 uses. The bathroom flooded during the shower. The staff sucked, gave me attitude and wouldn’t fix the situation. Never going back this place was awful.

The location is conveniently situated near shopping centers and restaurants, making it a safe and desirable choice. Unfortunately, breakfast service is no longer available. However, there are several convenient dining establishments in the vicinity that offer an excellent variety of food options at affordable prices.

Friendly staff. Parking right in front of room. Full kitchen in room. Housekeeping was not included and would has to be organized separately. However it was easy to exchange the towels for fresh ones.
