Sterling Inn and Suites at Reliant and Medical Center Houston

The location was not safe for my family. The rooms had hair in the restroom and floor and the lady had just walked out of the room supposedly she had just cleaned it. The smell. It is a by the hour pay hotel if you choose to take a girl for a fling. I am just saying what the gentleman told me because I wanted to check in early. I was 2 hours early and he wanted $40 for the 2 hours I was early. He wanted me to pay by the hour rates before I checked in. Nothing

Nothing The room was dirty. Dirty sheets, dirty pillows. The floor was dirty, bathroom was dirty, floor had someone's fake eye lashes, dirt, no toilet paper, ripped shower curtain. Housekeeping in and out of our room while we loaded our baggage into the car. People standing around in the parking lot and hanging around the rooms. My husband and I felt very unsafe.

I got good parking right outside of my door. The location. The staff were rude. The facility was filthy. Asked for new linens and towel and the young lady asked me “why?” The told me to find the maid. I walked across the parking to find the lady with her cart she said she didn’t have any go to front desk. I went back… she walked with me after questioning me again. Pulled out what I asked for and even then. The linens were questionable.. stains and obviously needing to be completely replaced. Shower had remnants of blood on the wall under the shower head and spots of what appeared to be blood spots on the shower curtain. Even for affordable last minute accommodation it was not worth it.
