This hotel need a lot of maintenance
-
Solo la ubicación que está cerca del Estadio pero cobran extra 50 dólares para seguir estacionado durante el evento sin importar que ya estuviste una noche en el hotel PÉSIMO
-
Great location to NRG stadium, hotel is outdated and average but great location, extremely poor breakfast quality and poor options but worth it for the location to the stadium
-
Location, staff, someone was always cleaning. Beds were not so comfortable or pillows
-
Several guests complained that there was no air conditioning in their room. Our air conditioner sounded like it was going to explode every time it turned on.

How close it was to the nrg Had 1 person working when there was an event at the nrg so they knew it would be busy and weren’t prepared. Manager hid and wouldn’t come out to deal with complaints. Our ac didn’t work and they didn’t immediately move us rooms instead waited hours to move us. Breakfast was disgusting. Eggs and stale bread shouldn’t be considered a free breakfast.

The location was very close to the stadium but I’d rather walk 50km to a stadium then stay here again I wasn’t expecting a lot from the reviews but this managed to exceed my expectations. WiFi doesn’t work and when calling about it the receptionist pretended that we called the wrong reception from the hotel next door (like we didn’t just talk to him in person 10 min ago, he didn’t even try to hide his Persian monotone voice). Their breakfast had green radioactive looking eggs I didn’t dare touch it. That same scammer receptionist scammed us out of our deposit. Me and my daughters face started breaking out from the dirty bed sheets. The hallways smelled like pee, beer and mould. My daughter regretted wearing contact lenses because she felt nauseous when she saw the dirt in the hallways. Maybe it’s due to the worldcup but we paid more for this hotel per night than for all the 5 star hotels we stayed at during this World Cup.

Horrible experience. Room had smoke alarm chirping all night. Requested maintenance but there was no staff. Overpriced hotel, rooms are old and smelly
-
Carpet dirty Hallway smells strong order of mold Bathtub was discutting , yellow , I was afraid of getting fungus
-
Close proximity to NRG stadium Sent to a filthy room, staff does not answer phone when calling from room, fake eggs, white bread & water breakfast, kids stayed in pool past midnight screaming & playing.

Nothing, it was very bad it was a dory room and to expensive for what we got , only hot water was working and I went to the front desk to report it, and they did nothing There were a lot of cockroaches the cold water didn’t work, there wasn’t enough food for all the people, the only thing that was favorable was that the stadium was close to us , but this was a very bad hotel, I give them a rate of 0 , very disappointing i definitely want my money back , pluss they charge extra fees for early check in.

The staff was very nice. It was close to the stadium. The breakfast was overpriced for the dry breakfast buffet that normally would be free at other Hotels Ive stayed at. The smell was bad inside the entire hotel, It smelled like a Gas leak. The pool area was run down and dirty, really the entire hotel was run down. There was a piece of food in the Hallway on the day we checked in, it was there 3 days later when we checked out, Leads me to believe it is not clean.
-
Near stadium Very expensive for the fifa match ... and they didn 't send or give me the receipts . And i ask it when i check out and by booking i'm still waiting my receipts

The bed, the air conditioning, and proximity to the stadium were probably the only outstanding things about this hotel. It had a microwave and mini fridge which are convenient when traveling with kids but honestly the cleanliness was poor and did not even see cleaning staff at all in the hallways. If you pay attention to details you realize it’s poor maintenance. They should definitely invest a bit more on that.

The air-conditioning was inadequate mainly because the vents are pointed so the air is vented across the room instead of up into the room and this creates a microclimate in front of the air-conditioner and it only conditions an area in front of the air-conditioning in the corner of the room. The place looks like it is on its last leg about to collapse. Cups and bottles were everywhere. The elevator quit working after we arrived, like a half an hour, after we arrived. We used the stairs after that. The elevator car was stuck on the first floor because the doors would not close. The breakfast bar was very small! Scrambled eggs and sausage links. Some little muffins, coffee, and water. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean but minimal sink, small single sink. The outside of the building is tired looking and well worn, 40 dollars to self park is excessive in an empty parking lot that is a trip hazard waiting to happen. Uneven surfaces and large cracks.

Overpriced room rate. Went to holiday in room way nicer and $100 cheaper. When I complained about everything above they offered the different room - sorry but if you have hallways, elevator and ceilings dirty , rooms are no different. I checked in at 3pm and at 6pm I checked out they didn't want to give me even a partial refund.

The property was a bit run down, didn’t really get to use the amenities due to it. How ever it was walking distance to the stadium, so for me that was a plus!
-
The hotel is closer to the NRG stadium. But it needs extensive renovation.
