Location could not be closer to the beach! Loved it!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Everything was perfect.

The room was very clean, especially considering the age of the property. Five stars for housekeeping! The room itself was very comfortable. It’s not fussy, but rather homey. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well and ran QUIETLY. The property is set up like the old style motor courts of the 1940’s and ‘50’s. I loved the turquoise painted sidewalks! It’s authentic. There were wild flowers scattered and mature landscaping. It’s not fancy, but I found it legitimately Florida! Each room has chairs outside your door, to kick back and relax or even socializing with your neighbors, if you choose. Amenities? Yes please! The office has a small lending library and board games for their guests. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and even boogie boards are available, at no additional charge. The boardwalk, down to the beach is well maintained and provides access to a beautiful beach. It is not walking distance to any restaurants or shops. However, there is no shortage of great places to eat and cute little shops less than a mile south. My stay was perfect. Thanks you so much!

If a room is available, this is the only place I'll stay in the Melbourne area. Come just for the sunrise!

Small but very clean. Had everything we needed. The view from the hammock overlooking the ocean was amazing.

only thing I did not like was the landscaping. Alot of dead trees and plants that should be trimmed.

This was a very relaxing trip. The property is older, but has updates.The location is wonderful and we got to see the sea turtle nests on the coast. Very friendly staff helped us when requested.

Very clean and well equipped efficiency. Plenty of room for a couple. Steps to the beach. Easy parking. The facility is dated but has been updated very nicely. I would recommend it to anyone.

The location is right on the beach. While I didn’t have an oceanfront room, there were common areas close to the dunes that everyone shared. All the necessary amenities were there - refrig, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot. Plenty of towels were provided as well as beach towels and even chairs and umbrellas, if needed. Jutta and Debbie were both very kind and helpful. Jutta even introduced me to another guest who was also staying there to be near a turtle nest trek event. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the immediate area. Parking is free and onsite. It’s a lovely throwback to Old Florida motel life. Really everything was fine.

The atmosphere is so relaxed and so cozy. Feels like traveling in time around old beach houses. It is very clean and comfortable and lots of things available in the office and the owner is amazing. Such a pleasant and relaxed stay. Can’t wait to go back.

This is a perfect place to stay when you need a get away on the beach. Awesome communication from the hotel since you book. Clean place, cozy, plenty room (I got the suite, room #1 ), full kitchen. A lot of places to eat close by. And the beach is right there. A very nice beach. Will be back definitely. Recommend it 100%.

Very cute motel. We love the location and amazing view from our room. Just right on the beach. Easily check-in even though we arrived late as long as we communicate. They even have BBQ area and gazebo if you're up to grilling. The room that we booked have a small pantry which consist of microwave, coffee maker, utensils and silverware. Too bad we only spent a night for our rest stop. Met Yutta, we believed she is the owner of the motel, a friendly, warm and kind lady that show us around the property on their "snow bird" apartment. For anyone who are looking for a laid back, feels like "home" and doesn't break the bank escape, this is highly recommended. Overall, it was satisfying

Rooms are functional and retro. But wow what a setting. Direct on the beach and an out of this world location. Waves crashing in and sat in the deck its heaven.

I like it was very close to beach. But, you couldn’t sit in the chair because of smokers and the wind would blow the smoke on you! Very unsafe. No light coming from beach.
