Absolutely amazing staff clean rooms great views comfortable beds cold refrigerator I mean nice neighbors they make sure that they don't fill the place up full of hoodlums it's right across the street from the beach it's a quarter mile from Walmart it's a great hotel for the price you cannot beat it Beachside.

The only things they should have two hands and four cups for coffee maker and two chairs.

Excellent location right across the street from beach access easy walk to the beach room was clean and well maintained great value. Front desk staff was helpful with giving us extra coffee for the coffee maker. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved the staff manager was so helpful and took care of anything I needed.

The property

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Only issue we had was the Wi-Fi was quite slow. But it was OK for what we needed to use it for. Would definitely check this place out if you are looking for a no frills kind of place to spend a night or two. A short walk to the beach, and a nice Cuban restaurant right next door.

Let me tell you, you cannot be the bang for the buck! The rooms are no frill but exceptionally clean. The best I think is that the place is directly across the street from the beach and the hotels across the street are over 2 times the price and they don't include breakfast either. Highly recommend this place if you are coming to the barrier island just for the beach, you can't beat the price, and I have been living in the area for 6 years!

Great price, clean, no fancy amenities and rooms could use some love BUT your here for the beach, right across the street! Cuban restaurant next door was amazing! Will stay again!

Price was low Greasy floors. Funky smell like mold was hidden under paint. It was one of the places where you go and you can't wait to get out.

Location Very run down: Water leaked under sink and toilet: no plug in sink, no hooks in bathroom for clothes or towels, very noisy fan: no light in the kitchen area: no coat hangers; broken window shutters; door lock stopped working before check out. Whole place showed a lack of care.
