Beautiful view of ocean with chairs on balcony. Kitchenette with fridge, counters, sink, and microwave. Comfortable bed. No hair dryer and minimal soap and shampoo so make sure you bring your own. Clean

Beach front was amazing

The first room we got as soon as you walk in the smell hit you hard. Real pungent. Notified the desk and they were really pleasant and offered another room. Moved all our things to new room 6 floors up. Walk in and the same issue, same smell. Called down and then was told they just replaced the curtains in the rooms and it couldn’t be prevented. The mini refrigerator did not have power and the freezer was thawed and water all in the refrigerator. I pulled it out and plugged it into a new outlet and worked fine. The hvac has 2 temp settings 71 and 72. But during the day the unit would get up to 79 degrees. At night it was fine. Come to find out they have a daytime setting on the thermostat for them to not come on till it hits 77 degrees. So be aware of this if you are working. Last issue is when checking in they had a cart at front desk that could be used to take luggage up but when we went to leave we were told that the cart is only available with bell service.

Great view! But the room and halls were so hot. Rooms smelled like onions. Another person staying in the hotel made a complaint and was told it was the new curtains. The floor in our room could have been cleaned better. We had so many moths and beetles in our room at night. My kids saw them coming out of the vents. Unfortunately, it was not worth the price paid.

There was a terrible smell in the rooms. Multiple guests complained. Hotel staff said that management knew about it and it was in the curtains. I would have expected a courtesy complimentary stay when the renovation is over but nothing was offered. Nice hotel but terrible customer service. I barely stayed in the room, except sleep through the toxic smell.

The pool is open all night along with the beach access. The rooms are huge The balconies are a great size. The oceanfront room had a beautiful view. The beach access walkway at night has no lights. The hallways leading to the rooms are very hot and so were the elevators. The balcony only had 2 chairs which was fine but no table. The oceanfront king size deluxe room had no microwave.

For the price I really regret not staying at the Hilton next door. The elevators and staging areas for elivator are very hot with no ac. Room had a slight odor but was clean and up to par outside a few stains on our sheets. Honestly if the price was about half of what we paid it would be a great place to stay but for premium pricing it just isn't worth it. Staff was very friendly and helpful just hotel needs a little work to be the destination it once was years ago.

I liked looking out of the window and seeing the ocean. The beach was full of seaweed, had rocks under the surf etc. Not good. In the 90's this was probably top of the line hotel. The bones are there, just needs a COMPLETE REMODEL.

Super clean place if you’re looking for a place to not deal with a bunch of people this is the spot for you. It’s like a Ghost Town, but it is super clean and quiet.

The room was great. I like the separation of the bedroom and the living room area. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great also. The TV in the bedroom did not work and the internet was out for the tv to work three people tried to make it work but couldn't get it to connect. The curtains gave off a odor that smell liked rotten eggs. They housekeeping come up to put a solution to mask the smell. The elevator and the hallway to the room was like oven and no one seem to acknowledge it until I said something. The cost did not justify for as the amount of business that was there. I was there until Saturday and the most amount of vehicles that was there 10. I one guy at not said that they were remodeling the north side. I usually stay at the Crown Plaza Hotel. As a Florida resident why should I pay resort fee and I have a handicap plate which the other hotel gives me credit for food.

Absolutely stunning view. I will stay here again and again.

Beautiful ocean view, clean room, safe parking, nice staff

The oceanfront suite met our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Our room wasn't fully clean but we enjoyed the view and comfort of the space.

Lovely view. A restaurant on site would be nice. Also a hot tub. But overall nice quiet place with great beach view and access.

Over price and the bar area by the pool not welcoming kind of boring for the price

Staff was great and so helpful The hotel needs some maintenance. Room had missing receptacle covers.

La habitacion tenia una vista super linda frente al mar nos encanto lo unico que la habitacion tenia un olor muy raro. Pero fuera de eso todo excelente el personal muy atentos .

Wonderful breathtaking ocean views. Comfortable spacious suite with separate bedroom and living room. Accommodating personnel. Very personable, and informative. The pool was nice with music and a small bar to order a cocktail or mocktail. I believe there was also a menu but we went over to Lou's Blues. The location is excellent -- right on A1A with several restaurants to choose from. They are renovating so full breakfast was not available yet. Starbucks coffee on-site and 2 Starbucks nearby. We'd definitely go back!!
