Element Melbourne Oceanfront

This is a great hotel. Location , amenities and staff are all great. Stayed here twice now and would stay again. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Beach is beautiful and pool is as well. Food and bar are great.

Excellent location and rooms. Beach access is easy. Wish the beach chairs/umbrella were complimentary for guests, at least for a period of time (say 2h). Some areas are in need of maintenance... partition falling in pool bathroom mens. Elevator to beach OOO. Rinse hose for beach works, but hose is beat-up and in need of replacement. Breakfast is well maintained and the espresso machine is awesome. Overall highly recommended.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable the food and the restaurant was great. The attention was spectacular. They included breakfast was delicious and fresh art variety. The pool was clean. The rooms were spacious very clean overall wonderful experience a wonderful hotel.

Staff was friendly and room was very nice and clean

The hotel is located right on the beach with a nice pool area, good breakfast buffet and great potential overall. Unfortunately, other guests can ruin the experience, like playing loud, vulgar rap music by the pool so you can not hear the hotel music which had a more pleasant beach vibe or allowing kids to run mayhem and scream, splash and horseplay in a small pool area in quiet environment. The hotel staff did little to correct either which did not make for a great experience.

Rooms are nice size. Would stay again for sure!

The landscape needed attention as the property location is beautiful however the Palm trees and planter surrounding the pool area were dead and had not been replaced.

Great location!

Exceptional

We will definitely be back!

It was very clean and close to the beach

Basic choice but ok Room cleaning - had to call reception a few times to get room cleanrd

My family loved our stay at Element! The beach was beautiful, clean and peaceful! It wasn't crowded and easily accessible from the hotel. There were loungers and umbrellas available for rent as well as a bin of free misc. water items for the kids to borrow. We also enjoyed the hotel pool and restaurant. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The food was delicious! Some of our favorite meals on the trip! We also appreciated the free breakfast. This service helps SO much when traveling. Our room included a small "kitchenette" area with a filtered water faucet. BRILLANT! This helped so much with filling up water bottles throughout the day. Another perk? Towels! This hotel offered and replenished towels for the pool/beach as well as our room. THANK YOU! Overall, this was an excellent and relaxing beach stay for our young family. We would definitely visit again!

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff, restaurant, rooms, amenities- everything was top of the line excellent.

Fantastic stay! Rooms are clean, everyone is friendly. The only word of caution is when swimming in the beach directly in front of the hotel. There are a lot of rocks along bottom with some sort of man-made concrete ledge that is in the water that you cannot see. When the waves are hitting harder and the riptide is high, and you are trying to go in or get out of the ocean, you can be pushed into the ledge and you can hurt yourself. Be mindful of this we would definitely return to this property.

Love the beautiful pool area, the easy access to the beach, and the free use of the washer/dryer was definitely a perk!!

We originally got placed in the wrong room and the staff was great getting the room corrected immediately

Beach view and location was perfect

Good

Everything good, good food and beautiful place
