we had a very nice overnight staycation! We have stayed here prior for our daughter's wedding, so it was a nice trip down memory lane. Didn't get to use the pool- it was obvious people were walking up from the beach access and monopolizing the space. Would be nice if they put in a keycard or someone to monitor. The beach was wonderful, music on the decks lots of fun! We will be back when it's not a holiday weekend so we can actually enjoy the pool. Rooms are very comfy and clean. No luggage carts were available when we checked in or out, so be prepared to drag everything to your room. Valet was very quick- even with it being a holiday weekend. We look forward to returning!

It’s ok (over all) but not cheap for a 3 star, the shower was not very clean and you have to pay for your the chair and umbrella at the beach
-
The hotel need to provide a ramp for handicap people, wagon cars or carry heavy stuff.
-
Beach view was beautiful minus dirty door to see out and dirty chairs, room was clean but toilet seat was loose or broken and shower shows signs of rusting at base of glass door rail. Just normal maintenance that needs to be kept up with.

Beach is super good. Too noisy, not as clean as It must be. Crowded. Elevator too slow for a 5 story building

My family and I had a great 4th of July weekend here, we didn’t have to leave at all for anything with the restaurant downstairs. The customer service was beyond my expectations. I was able to check in early at no additional cost. My 1year old daughter wasn’t happy with one of her meals and it was pretty late, we went down to Longboards but the kitchen was closed. Delaney was thoughtful and asked the kitchen if the stoves were still hot if they can make her a quick Mac n cheese and they did! She offered to do it, We didnt even ask! The only negative experience was that the rooms are pretty run down. The floors were warped and laminate flooring was lifting, tripped over it a couple of times and they were dirty as well. (Room 728) Bathroom shower was also not very clean. Overall the customer service will be the only reason we would return.

Room was clean and nice, bed was hard as a rock, and we checked out early because we couldn't sleep on the mattress. Holiday weekend so it was super busy. Valet didn't offer to help us load our car at checkout, so his tip went from a 10-dollar tip to 2 dollars. Our room was next to the stage, so it was very loud outside our room. Check in was good, room was ready early which was great. Not worth the money we spent on the room. I feel bare minimum standards nothing above and beyond. I think people who weren't staying at the hotel were using the amenities and access to the beach. Probably will not stay there again.

Good spot to enjoy the beach

Overall, we had a decent stay at this property. The elevators are in need of an upgrade and broke down a few times while we were staying at the property. According to a few of the staff that we mentioned this issue to, this is a common complaint that they receive from visitors. We did have a room making lots of noise upwards till 12 AM. However it seemed like they were just having a good time playing games, they quieted down once hotel staff asked them too. The bar, restaurant, and live evening music offered at the property were lots of fun and we enjoyed them. The beach was peaceful despite staying on a holiday weekend. Everyone there was respectful of others and it was kept clean.

Must stay

Level 2 EV charging was 39 cents per kWh. Our other hotel stays with EV charging offered it for free. A perk for paying more for the room is charging our car. If we have to pay for EV charging, we might as well stay at a much cheaper hotel and stop at a super charger somewhere else. Hotel has a Starbucks inside. I bought my wife a Starbucks gift card for her birthday. Does this Starbucks take gift cards? Nope! The staff there were very friendly and helpful. We would never book this hotel again, but not because of them.

Excellent first stay n will stay again

Room was clean minus part of the ceiling cracking. Would be nice to have umbrellas linger then 4pm. Also a hair dryer in the room would be a plus. Otherwise very great place and will return.

We had a good time

Valet service was top tier!!! Me and my family really enjoyed our stay!!!
-
We liked that the hotel had a restaurant and a Starbucks, though the latter was small and had limited selections and hours. We wished the restaurant/bar had longer hours as we are late night people. We would have liked the sheets to be changed after a couple of days, which the hotel was unable to accommodate. Vacuuming should have been done since this is at a beach location.

The room is small but it's beautifully decorated. The ocean view is second to none, with a fantastic tiki bar/ patio area opening up to the beach. The staff are the most helpful and responsive I've seen, with lots of personality. They're fun! The valet is worth it! The restaurant and bar are popular with great food options. You won't regret your stay! Something to note: the hallways to rooms are open air, so you may be exposed to rain puddles and wind and such. If you like the beach, these things might not bother you, because you get amazing views. Make sure you wake up for sunrises!
