I loved the view, the restaurant, very nice facilities. Everything met my expectations. The only feedback I would have is the faucet in my bathtub dripped 24/7. The balcony door paint was peeling really bad and the AC unit cover was super rusty. I'd still give 5 stars though because that is pretty normal of beach hotels. Also my guest thought the room smelled of mold, I definitely noticed a strong smell but I am unsure of what it was.

My room was very clean. Love the private balcony, was nice sitting out there on it listening to the ocean waves, very calming and relaxing. Most of the staff was excellent to talk with. It was enjoyable to be able to walk out the Hotel and be on the beach. Enjoyable my 18 yr autistic son loved it also.

Great location, room was clean, staff was excellent.

However, cleanliness could definitely be improved. The room and some areas of the hotel did not feel as clean or well maintained as I would have expected from a Crowne Plaza property. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I hope the hotel puts more attention into housekeeping and maintenance. With some improvements in cleanliness, the experience could be much better.

Valet staff was excellent Front desk was helpful Live band, restaurant and location Kids under 5 had free breakfast Breakfast buffet was a hit with the family No parking on property Pool closed early, website said it was open until 10 and it closed between 8-9pm Extra resort fees I thought were included at booking

My friend and I just wanted a quick getaway from the normal everyday life of work and responsibilities. The Crown offered that and more. We literally arrived, handed the keys to the valet and started our long weekend away. The food, the pool, the room and the advice from the staff on other local places to enjoy made our getaway a success!!

We flew in on Friday night for one night till our Airbnb was ready , we were able to hang out back on the deck for most of the day and they had great music and food. It was a very nice stay. Would def recommend.
