Honestly I was very surprise by this place. We love it. We loved the nice atmosphere. How it was directly on the beach. And all the things near by for anything you might need. The restaurant was great and all staff was friendly. My kid absolutely loved the pool and it was nice and clean and very well maintained.

The property was nice. Short walk to the beach (down 3 stairs), Starbucks and gelato onsite for the kids, and the onsite restaurant was decent. You have to use the valet because there is not enough parking. And also wish there was a broom in the room to deal with the sand.

Overall hotel is old, which is typical for the area. The pool was heated, but outdated and no umbrellas for shade. Pool/beach towels are tiny, a little bigger than a hand towel. Ocean view floor rooms are right in front of the band stage so we heard very loud music everyday and night until about 9pm. Also view is blocked by vegetation, only positive was the short walk to pool and beach. Rooms were clean and staff is helpful and friendly.

We had never stayed at a resort hotel before so we were not expecting all of the extras that go with this type of stay. We would never do a Friday night stay again. The bed was very restful. Would have asked for an exterior room, not one on the courtyard side.

First of all, we really had a wonderful stay, we were in beachfront balcony rooms with 3 family units. The beach was amazing, the pool very good (sometimes crowded but never so that you couldn't get a lounger), plenty of towels which we all appreciated. The restaurant and bar were also really good (the bar closed early once weeknight due to few customers, that was a bummer). The Starbucks in the lobby was a hot with 2 of the families. All the staff were outstanding - super friendly, helpful, went out of their way to make us feel like valued customers. They weree short of cleaning staff which I understand in these times, but they did a great job when they came (sand gets everywhere). The only downside: one room had bedbugs, which of course is terrible, we think they were in the bed and the couch. We came home with some even though we were super careful. It was a pain to move rooms, but again staff were great about it, comped us some things. But bringing them home, having to wash and freeze everything twice. It was a pain. We were successful after the second round of washing. So that part was terrible, but even so we really had a great family vacation! The hotel overall seems like a great place with great people that isn't getting revamped as it should. I do hope they replace the couch and mattresses in that room!!!

Was very nice

Issues with room, took multiple days for staff to fix the issue. Had to keep following up with staff for them to fix the issue as well.

Balcony entrance had extreme rust on hardware. Handle was crusty. Bathroom had low water pressure and no water during stay. Lobby bathroom disgusting. Smelled and not cleaned. Elevator was a sauna. Entrance to be beach unkept, vegetation growing over. The bar/ restaurant staff and valet service were excellent . Professional and courteous. They saved the 3 night stay. Hope this helps.

This place was such a nice surprise! The rooms feel new, clean, comfortable and quiet. The outside of the property looks a little worn and dingy, so I was nervous when we checked in, but it was great in all the ways that mattered. As mentioned, the rooms were really nice, the food was actually delicious which was a bit of s shock as food in casual hotel restaurants isn't normally the best in my opinion. The view of, and access to, the beach was perfect - plus as the property is at the end of a strip of buildings it was relatively quiet (we were there on a Friday and Saturday). The thing that really made our stay wonderful was the staff. I've stayed all over the world in 5-star hotels as well as hostels and this was the most friendly, helpful and happy staff I've ever met. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone who's considering it!

Lots of neighbor noise. The view was great.
-
Clean room, good staff, good food and drinks. Parking is across the street with a long walk unless you decide to use their valet parking option.

We spent two nights here as a family. We didn’t need to leave the property. They have everything you could need for a good beach stay. The only thing I could find that I would change is the speed of the restaurant. But that’s really only because we have 3 young children to manage while dining.

Amazing service!!! 1000/10 recommend to anyone planning on visiting

Great location and second time using this hotel. I’m not a hotel snob by any means but it seems like they made the parking situation more difficult since the only parking is across the street next to fire station. The parking thing needs to be addressed quickly. I think another hotel got built in the area that used to be the parking lot that the hotel had. So they sacrificed the parking lot for another hotel to be built in its place. It’s quite inconvenient to only rely on the valet people for an entire hotel. Unless you drop off your luggage ant front of hotel in lobby, you’ll be dragging all your bags or whatever else you purchase during you trip across the main highway which is 4 lanes total or walking up 6-7 flights of steps to use the above walkway to cross the main road. Also the rooms are decent but maybe more time and maintenance on fixing aesthetics in the rooms properly rather than cutting corners. Lobby seems super nice with lots of upgrades and niceties and just wish they’d turn all that upkeep and attention to the rooms. But due to proximity I’d stay here again
