Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Melbourne Beach

Everything was perfect; location, quiet, beach across the street, able to see a SpaceX launch early morning.

The hotel was amazing, and the evening supervisor was outstanding. They were very knowledgeable about the area and provided great recommendations for local activities and things to do. The only downside was that the pillows were uncomfortable. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel

There was no window to look out in our room. It was pricey for not being on the beach

Very clean, large room, great location. My only complaint is there is a lighted sign of some sort near the ceiling that I couldn’t turn off.

We forgot our toothbrushes and promptly the staff located replacements , plus cold bottled water. We were very pleased. The breakfast was tasty and delicious with a wide variety of breakfast items. A very conscientious employee was constantly replacing food and wiping all countertops while smiling and singing. I would highly recommend this hotel. Anne Marie Paradiso

But worst was they had no hot water and knew it but don’t tell their guests. What an awful experience!!

The hotel is brand new and the breakfast is good. Definitely recommend this hotel for short or longer stay. It’s 2 min walk to the beach, the front desk staff were very helpful.

With it being a new hotel there’s not much to complain about; these items are minor- the AC unit in the room was a little noisy ( like a water running noise), the door to the room was a little difficult to latch all the way closed, and the handle in the shower came loose. The breakfast was just okay. The pillows were not great, but the bed was comfortable. Over all it’s a great spot especially for families wanting to go to the beach.

The front desk lady Amber was wonderful snd very helpful and kind. Bed and pillows were so plush. No bar, or restaurant is a big negative and unusual. Extremely oddly placed pool area, not enough snacks in lobby

I asked for a handicap room and didn’t get one so I called and asked again after falling in the bathtub. They still did not give me one sure enough I fell again. The “manager” on duty said no one is there to help besides her and the manager isn’t back until Monday. I was just disappointed with the view because I was told I had a water view and there is no balcony in my room so I asked them to change me to a room that had a balcony and I was willing to pay more and they still would not accommodate me overall it was very disappointing sadly as a Marriott Bonvoy member. I also did not get a welcome water or snack upon arrival. I also felt like they asked me questions about my disability that definitely threw me off and I was not prepared for I’ve never had that happen. Staff, they asked me if I wanted my room cleaned and I said yes absolutely and it was never done. I asked for a handicap room. I did not get it. I had two falls or as a result of not being in a room where I could bathe safely. There was no one above the clerk at the desk that was willing to help me or available. I called booking.com for them to move me or get me into a different hotel refund, etc. anything and the hotel never responded.

Hotel is very clean and quiet. Also, I was grateful that the hotel was able to accommodate my early check-in.

This is a great location. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly.
