Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Melbourne Beach

They charge $10+ for parking. Seems unnecessary. It’s not like you’re downtown or anything like that.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and very helpful. The amenities are in great condition. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very accommodating. We definitely will stay there again.

Hotel Staff were excellent!

I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Melbourne Beach! ✨ The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The room was spotless, and everything was well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious and had a great variety of options! ☕️ One of my favorite things was the beautiful ocean view and the pool area. ️ It was so relaxing to sit by the pool, enjoy the view, and simply unwind. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay near the beach. Good

Great staff and excelent location

very clean, very quiet

Nope.

this was a good place to stay, parking cost extra daily, beds are firm and pillows are feather. pool was at the lobby entrance on the ground floor partially exposed to the sun. gym was nice and laundry facilities on site. Some rooms had view of Ocean and was for the most part quiet at night.

Walking distance to the beach, free parking, friendly staff, great breakfast. Everything was very clean and new

Everything was perfect; location, quiet, beach across the street, able to see a SpaceX launch early morning.

The hotel was amazing, and the evening supervisor was outstanding. They were very knowledgeable about the area and provided great recommendations for local activities and things to do. The only downside was that the pillows were uncomfortable. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel

Amazing stay. I’ll be back.

Rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was really good too!

There was no window to look out in our room. It was pricey for not being on the beach

Very clean, large room, great location. My only complaint is there is a lighted sign of some sort near the ceiling that I couldn’t turn off.

We forgot our toothbrushes and promptly the staff located replacements , plus cold bottled water. We were very pleased. The breakfast was tasty and delicious with a wide variety of breakfast items. A very conscientious employee was constantly replacing food and wiping all countertops while smiling and singing. I would highly recommend this hotel. Anne Marie Paradiso

But worst was they had no hot water and knew it but don’t tell their guests. What an awful experience!!
