Location. Fixtures and furnishings were nice. We booked an accessible room. It was so far away from elevators it was VERY inconvenient

The place is the creepiest place anyone could stay in. Will never stay there again.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. If you’re a fan of Art Deco - it’s a must see/stay. Even if you’re not (which I can’t imagine) it’s still an amazing experience. The entire Bottle Works District has plenty of places to eat, drink and enjoy, and it is truly a one-of-a-kind destination. It’s also provides for a stellar stroll up Mass Ave to Monument Circle passing cool shops, eateries and more.

This is a beautiful hotel with spacious, clean rooms with modern amenities. It was quiet, cold and dark. The hotel bar is great and location 10/10.
