Staff members I encountered were very nice and most helpful.

The security of using my room card in the elevator. None of the emails I received said the parking garage was closed and we had to pay an additional $55 for valet. The I don’t care attitude of the staff was unacceptable. I had a budget and that was not factored in. Asked about transition the city and the staff was clueless. For $400 a night I expected more.

Good beds & close to events All cars required vallet- over hour wait. Discovered garage a block around the corner, thank goodness!! People up late in adjacent room & we heard all their conversations clearly.

Older hotel, no hair dryer, which I found odd. Great location though. Would stay there again.

We had a good experience at the Sheraton, Hotel downtown Indianapolis. The room was excellent with a Gorgeous view of downtown. The staff were kind and friendly. The location is outstanding. We recommend the Sheraton downtown to anyone looking for a fun time centered in downtown Indianapolis. The parking garage was undergoing renovation. We had to use valet parking at a rate of $50 plus taxes and other fees a day.

Double payment for the accommodation and no reply received from the hotel.

We were greeted by Sabrina at the front desk, who was delightful and personable. Our room had an amazing view of the monument. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our visit. The text option offered by the valet service was easy to use and allowed us to get our car in a timely manner. Overall, we were happy and would definitely stay again!

Check in was quick and the staff was very helpful. They were doing construction on the garage so you couldn’t park at the hotel. You had to use valet which was very busy or park down the street

Hotel employee were a Godsend. Those two made sure my family was safe and looked out for us well beyond the scope of their job. I’m grateful for them more than I can put into words.

The breakfast and room was amazing. We also had amazing customer service. Sabrina Brooks is an amazing worker. She went above and beyond for us while we stayed. You have to use your keycard on the elevator and our room window was right outside the pool. I’m not sure if they could see us or not but it was weird lol. But overall an awesome experience!
