Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Biggest negative was valet parking was a bit chaotic.
-
Clean room, good customer service and room service.
-
Parking Garage was under construction had to use valet.
-
The staff was very kind and helpful. The property felt a bit run down and in need of updates. Overall it was perfectly fine, but i have come to expect more from Sheratons.
-
Excellent stay. Really clean. Friendly staff. Only suggestion is the pool needs to be open late in the summer. A night swim with the city lights and pool lit up just makes sense. It closed when it was still light and hot out. That was a bit strange.

No water service in room
-
Valet parking was an absolute nightmare.
-
Location was great
-
Loved my room with a view of Monument Circle in Indianapolis.

Excellent hotel I gave them five stars

The view from our room was spectacular! It was in the city so you did have to pay $55 a night for valet parking. The hotel was very nice and there was a restaurant and bar area. The rooftop pool was nice wish it could’ve been open later than 9pm but still was a great time, they offered pool towels by the bathrooms. Snack store was a little expensive. $3.75 for a water but there is a DGx like a dollar general two min walk away. We went and bought a case. No microwave in your room but there is a mini fridge. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. No free breakfast but there is a small coffee shop w Starbucks options. To be expected for a city hotel.

The hotel is centrally located within the city. 15 minutes walk from the bus and train stations and around the corner from Monument Circle. It is close and within walking distance of a number of museums and historical sites within the city. There are a large variety of eateries and places for a drink within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. There is also a restaurant and bar within the hotel. The room allocated was spacious, clean, secure and also had a nice outlook towards the war memorial. The air conditioning was good. The TV had a good range of channels, WiFi was good and there was coffee/ tea making facilities and a fridge. The outdoor pool area was large and had a nice view of Monument Circle. I had breakfast at the hotel each morning and thought it was a bit pricey. The service was good. All the staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

It was ok. Their parking garage is out. We parked at another one at staff suggestion, but it was locked the next day when we went to get our car. The overall experience was fine, but the cost to stay at the Sheraton was really high for the kind of room we got and given the parking situation. For the amount we paid, we could have gotten a better hotel. Also had to cut the stay short because of flooding back home. Expedia wasn’t helpful in getting a partial refund.

Location to the confernce center The pay extra for breakfast on upper floors was marginal at best.

The hotel is very dated. Not enough outlets in room, no microwave and bathtub faucet was very loose and shaky. Asked for new safe in room as it wasn’t working and was never replaced. Did enjoy the pool and hotel location and restaurant. Too expensive for parking. Charge twice for a meal in the hote. Front desk people were not friendly and or helpful
-
Loved the location and the atmosphere. Pool deck was fun to hang out in the evening. Limited tables and chairs out there so get there early

The parking garage is under construction so it’s mandatory valet. Valet is $55 a day and it took about 30 minutes each time you want to take your car out. There was also a huge event in town and valet was very much understaffed.
