Double payment for the accommodation and no reply received from the hotel.

We were greeted by Sabrina at the front desk, who was delightful and personable. Our room had an amazing view of the monument. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our visit. The text option offered by the valet service was easy to use and allowed us to get our car in a timely manner. Overall, we were happy and would definitely stay again!

The view from the room was beautiful.

Charged us an extra

Check in was quick and the staff was very helpful. They were doing construction on the garage so you couldn’t park at the hotel. You had to use valet which was very busy or park down the street

The breakfast and room was amazing. We also had amazing customer service. Sabrina Brooks is an amazing worker. She went above and beyond for us while we stayed. You have to use your keycard on the elevator and our room window was right outside the pool. I’m not sure if they could see us or not but it was weird lol. But overall an awesome experience!

Outdoor Pool on the 9th floor was nice. Nice views of the circle and convenient location to many restaurants and bars.

It was a nice place, not as close to downtown as I had hoped but their driver made the experience wonderful!

Loved the rooftop pool

The staff was friendly and the bed was super comfortable. Unfortunately even though our check in was scheduled for 3pm we weren't able to actually get checked into our room til after 5 due to the unavailability of there suites due to 100% occupancy the night before which put us behind on our reservations for our dinner and other activities.

How close it was to the venue They were in the process of working on their parking garage and when I booked my room, they never told me that they had no parking that you had to pay for valet or pay somewhere to park. They just expected you to pay, there was no where for me to pull up to the building to unload my stuff because there was cars lined up waiting to be ballet. They had somebody brand new working it was literally his first day he said that himself . We brought the subject up to the manager and they fix that and comped us for the valet so we didn’t have to worry about that any longer. Then the fridge in our room didn’t work. The bathroom was super undated. The toilet was partially under the counter it was weird to use the bathroom. I don’t know who renovated these the rooms, but they were not what the value they wanted for them. The room was smaller than the room I paid at the Holiday Inn and I paid less for the holiday inn . Then after the concert and we got back to the hotel. I waited 30 minutes in my car before the valet ever acknowledge me and the only reason he acknowledged me is because I finally got out of my car and walked up to him. I asked can you take my keys so I can go to my room. He looked at me several times and continue to take other cars that were empty and he knew I was sitting there waiting cause my flashers were on and I kept looking at him so after 30 minutes, I got out of my car and did it myself. You would figure be in the valet area he would come over and ask if I was waiting for somebody to come out or if I was waiting for him to take my keys. Over all my stay at the Sheridan was not what I was expecting. I had better service and a better experience and a better room at the Holiday Inn the next night.
