We didn't like that we could not control the temperature in the room. It was very cold and the control would not go past 75. So, we had to cut it off and slept without any air flow in the room! The Breakfast bar was wonderful!!

WE HAD A SURPRISE SNACK TRAY AND DRINKS FOR MY BELATED BIRTHDAY! VICKY,JESSICA AND THE ENTIRE STAFF ARE SO NICE ,KIND AND PROFESSIONAL!

Everything was great. Very walkable around the area and many places to eat. Clean and spacious.

Seen 2 roaches in the room as I was packing my things to check out and nothing was available for breakfast except muffins and juice even though I arrived by 8:00 a.m. Also the desk chair in my room was peeling on the arm rest pretty bad and kept pinching my skin whenever I put my arm on it. Other than that the stay was ok.

Also couldn't use the window blind. Must have been broke. Kitchen faucet was very loose!

Great overall experience. The room was clean with various amenities that made our trip smoother. We wouldn’t mind staying here again. The continental breakfast was a nice bonus to enjoy before we left as well.

Something needs to be done about the parking. The price to park at the hotel is to expensive. 40.00 dollars a night or 48.00 if you use valet. That is to much. Especially when right down the street you can park for 20.00 dollars a night but you would have to walk a half a block with your luggage.

Great spot for downtown Indy. Suites are perfect for a family or friends trip. Breakfast and pool were a plus. Be sure to request late checkout as early as possible or they cannot accommodate you.
