Clean room. Great location. Wished breakfast ran until 10am

Breakfast food was good. Elevator is extremely slow and HVAC in room was hard to manage and keep temperature consistent. The location was decent, but a lot of homeless in the area. Not sure I’ll stay there again. Extremely disappointed that because I used a third party to find a room at a challenging time in a challenging area that I got no Hilton Honors credit. I’m certain Hilton got the majority of what I paid and the least they could do is give me some credit for staying in THEIR hotel!

I loved that this hotel was right downtown. It was so close to everything. The valet parking was fantastic and the staff was extremely helpful. It was very clean and up-to-date and modern great stay.

Nice hotel right downtown. Close enough to walk downtown and mass ave. Breakfast was good, room was clean, pool had lots of towels. Valet was not good though. Get message the car is ready only to wait 20 minutes after coming downstairs. Better off parking across the street.

Nice rooms

We experienced bed bugs in the fold-out couch. A guest in the room was bitten multiple times on the leg and hand. The hotel was not helpful at all!!!

We attended a concert at Gainbridge and chose this hotel to stay at. We were very happy with our stay. The hotel was only a few blocks away, we were able to walk to Gainbridge in about 10 min. The room was much bigger than we anticipated, the high ceilings made it feel even roomier. Everything was clean, tons of space to spread out, bathroom was clean, and the room was so quiet. We almost felt like the only guests on that floor because it was so quiet. Our view out the window was a wall so that wasn't very appealing, but we weren't in the room much so that didn't bother us. The beds weren't great, very hard, but we slept ok. We didn't eat breakfast so I cannot comment on that and the valet parking is almost $50/night which stinks, but that's what you get when you stay downtown so you have to expect it. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again!

The young guys the handled valet were prompt when getting our vehicle, but it is best to request your car using the text system to avoid delays due to the city traffic regardless of time of day.
-
Overall, the property is well maintained and very nice rooms. Valet parking was a bit pricey, but no issues with my vehicle. There's a pool, but it is quite small.

Veey clean and easy to check in/out. Perfect location.

Excellent clean place. Enjoyed our stay!

Breakfast food offerings were good, but the layout, traffic flow, and seating was an issue. The juice machine should be by the coffee, and the plates and utensils at the front of the line. The hotel was promoting making breakfast sandwiches, but the english muffins and bread were after the eggs, ham, and cheese items. The waffle cups should be before the waffle maker. The line to get the food was right on top of those eating. More seating is needed. We ended up eating in our room one of the days.

Was very conveniently located.
-
Lots of space in the room. Comfortable beds and close walk to Gainbridge.
-
The AC didn’t work in our room. Check in took about 25min since no rooms were ready at 530pm
-
Had no issues with property set up.
-
Cons: very small pool, free breakfast was packed and there were no plates and things kept running out with one poor woman trying to keep it filled and running
-
Quiet, clean room in an extremely convenient location with valet parking. We would definitely stay here again!
