Overall, the property is well maintained and very nice rooms. Valet parking was a bit pricey, but no issues with my vehicle. There's a pool, but it is quite small.

Veey clean and easy to check in/out. Perfect location.

Breakfast food offerings were good, but the layout, traffic flow, and seating was an issue. The juice machine should be by the coffee, and the plates and utensils at the front of the line. The hotel was promoting making breakfast sandwiches, but the english muffins and bread were after the eggs, ham, and cheese items. The waffle cups should be before the waffle maker. The line to get the food was right on top of those eating. More seating is needed. We ended up eating in our room one of the days.

Was very conveniently located.

Lots of space in the room. Comfortable beds and close walk to Gainbridge.

The AC didn’t work in our room. Check in took about 25min since no rooms were ready at 530pm

Had no issues with property set up.

Cons: very small pool, free breakfast was packed and there were no plates and things kept running out with one poor woman trying to keep it filled and running

Good location and generally clean/modern rooms. Elevators are terrible, we tried to use stairs at one point but half the stairwells are restricted to emergencies only and even that was inconvenient. We arrived at 5 pm for 3 pm check-in and thankfully had our room type ready, but the 3 families in front of us arriving at the same time were told their rooms weren’t ready yet - 2 hours AFTER check-in when most were traveling for a Fever game and weren’t able to access before having to head to the Fieldhouse. The breakfast area is poorly laid out and took our family 30 min to wait in line due to the poor design and slow movement of people. Not terrible, but not somewhere we’d stay again.

Parking available by valet or convenient self-park (with in and out privileges) around the corner. If you choose the latter, read the fine print on the ticket you're given at the front desk to understand how to access and pay for it.

Front desk staff & valet staff were very friendly but breakfast staff not so much. Breakfast food was good, but we had to wait for almost everything because they had not refilled the buffet...we finally gave up on some of it. Valet staff very nice but we waited over 30 mins for truck and my hubby finally walked (a 5 min walk through alley of homeless people in the heat) to get his truck himself and then drove back in traffic to get me and my bag because so many people were waiting for their cars. As far as the rooms, we felt they were very nice and beds were comfortable.

I never got a confirmation email or any email regarding my stay. The dates were incorrect and they were unable to change it or reimburse.

This hotel wasn’t bad. Our first had a broken ac unit so they got me another room the following day. The new room was more spacious and its was very nice. The hotel is in a building downtown so the building is not a looker. I also overlook they charge $48 a night for Valet parking and that’s your only option to park at the hotel unless you want to find a cheaper nearby parking garage. That $48 was a lot and kind of ruined the experience for me. I didn’t think to check because most hotels offer free parking.

It was clean, located in a great spot, and the staff was super kind. If we return to Indianapolis we will 100% stay here again!

Overall great experience!

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I travel several times a year and I’m shocked at just how bad this hotel is. I had several issues with poor customer service ranging from parking/valet issues, inaccurately advertised services and prices , housekeeping problems etc and every time I brought up issues to the staff they got super defensive and played the blame game instead of trying to resolve issues. Please do yourself a big favor and DO NOT STAY HERE.
