Hotel Indy, Indianapolis, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Conveniently located, rooftop bar was great. Customer service was excellent.

I stayed at Bottleworks a few months earlier...I was able to get a room rate for half as much, it was incredibly comfortable, and a much better value. I slept like a baby and the remodeled Coca Cola processing plant that had been restored in an Art Deco Style was absolutely stunning. Knowing what I know now, I sincerely wish I had returned there rather than try something new.

This was one of the fanciest hotels we've stayed at this summer during drum corps season. We decided to splurge and stay downtown so we wouldn't have to drive back and forth between the hotel and Lucas Oil Stadium daily, especially if we were enjoying a few drinks throughout the day. The valet was excellent and one of the best experiences about the hotel. The service at the restaurant was the worst, even if the food was good. If we stay here again, we'd go elsewhere for breakfast. The room itself was vast and spacious but not as clean as we would've liked.

Hotel lobby was very nice, room was spacious and well appointed, and staff was all very helpful and friendly. Location leaves a lot to be desired due to the constant noise from the nearby bus depot, but a convenient walk to the downtown, basketball arena and restaurants and bars.

The rooms are very large and the hotel is close to everything! The staff is amazing and everyone was super nice. I would not recommend getting the “city view” as there is a bus station right across from the hotel so it isn’t much to look at and there are a lot of people sitting around the bus station but not the hotel. Would stay there again.

The place was great! Excellent location. Amazing staff. A few small issues like the towel rack fell right off the wall and the cover for the door lock fell off too but it was fixed right away. Otherwise a great hotel!!

Had a great overnight stay. Great, friendly staff. Room was very beautiful and clean. Will definitely be staying there from now on our overnight trips to Indy.

I liked that it was close walking distance to the Fieldhouse for the Fever game. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was nice and clean all in all. It was a good overnight stay except… Our room the air conditioner was not working. It was 80° sleeping and I felt like we were at the races from the outside traffic speeding up and down the road other than that, it was a nice place.

A nice property but located on a busy street opposite the bus station.

Spacious room. Clean room, beds and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Valet was great. No microwave was a downer.

While we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the problem with the hotel is the location. It is right next to the bus station, and on a busy street (S. Delaware) that has LOUD cars and motorcycles racing by at all hours of the night. In addition, there is a lot of homeless people around the building. There is an abandoned building across the street on E. Washington and a number of homeless hang out there. We also saw a guy on drugs bent over and just standing there in a daze. I realize that the hotel can't do much about it, but I wouldn't stay there again. Rooms were also very cramped.

I absolutely loved the whole room in general! The concrete ceiling was cool to look at! The shower was amazing and I got a robe to go along with it that was pretty comfortable! Not the greatest view from my room, but the view from the 6th floor bar was amazing, and even more amazing at night! A little bit of a walk due to being a few blocks from monument circle, but Indy is a much safer town, and it’s always growing, and they continue to clean it up, so it’s worth it! Having to hold my room key on the sensor for “4 seconds” (more like 10 seconds) to operate the elevator. Also, my room key didn’t work at first, so I stood in the elevator for a long while trying to get it to work, and it was extremely stuffy. But I got a new one and a load of apologies for it. Besides that, the place was a great room!

Enjoyed the modern, abstract decor. The room was very nice, clean and seemed well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. At no fault of the hotel, the police activity was at a maximum while we were there. I appreciated the sound machine that was in the room! We did not eat at the hotel. We did visit the rooftop bar and it was very nice.
