We have finally found a chain to stick with. Everything from check in was amazing; room was great; breakfast was nice and filling; staff was polite and helpful. We will be back

2. The floor was dirty IN THE ROOM. Normally I probably wouldn’t have noticed much but I have a little baby in a walker or crawling and her socks and feet and hands and stomach were filthy to the point that we threw socks away. We went and bought slippers for the adults and little rubber practice shoe socks for the baby. 3. The construction crews in the hotel and the hotel staff didn’t have sense enough to NOT clean during breakfast hours. Fidgeting with the security cams above us, spraying window cleaner that blows back on our plate while we are eating, sweeping up literal dirt while trying to enjoy breakfast is tacky and not sanitary- the breakfast floor is only open so long, is there not enough time in the 20 hours it is closed to do these things? 4. It was hit or miss with the Valet staff. You either got the best ever valet or one that seemingly ignored you and did the bare minimum. One guy had his head down like he was in detention and never made eye contact or said a word. I am quite sad about this experience as a whole.

Good for what we needed, except fir really loud HVAC. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Great stay close to Fever game.

The check in was quick and easy. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bathroom was large. Really liked the security with having to use your room key to work the elevator. Location was great, close to the stadiums and restaurants. Valet parking was very pricey for uncovered parking behind the hotel. Breakfast was very good with many options. Would definitely stay there again.

The doors are locked, even during the daytime. There’s tiny print explaining that there’s a doorbell on the Maryland Street entrance, but I missed it and was locked out for a bit.
