Homewood Suites by Hilton Indianapolis-Downtown

Convention to Gainbridge, super friendly staff and valet.

Check in was super fast, staff was friendly and room was clean and updated!

It was nice having a suite although I didn't need a full size refrigerator stove sink or dishwasher if you were staying there and cooking for yourself it would be amazing. Nice big bathroom and the bedroom was big however the pillows and the mattress definitely not comfortable at all. The biggest problem with my stay was the noise. Downtown Indianapolis was loud until 3:30 a.m. with the cars and the mufflers and the loud rap music wasn't even the bar noise it was the nonsense that this city is allowed to go on late into the hours well beyond a reasonable time when people need to get in bed. Something has to be done about that if you want people to return to that City.

Close to everything downtown. Walking distance to Gainbridge, Lucas Oil and every bar and restaurant downtown. I was 3rd floor on the street side. It’s a little noisy, mainly from crotch rockets and loud exhaust cars riving their motors to show off, but wasn’t too bad.

Fantastic in every way! Tall ceilings in rooms, location was perfect, clean beds and killer breakfast. We will stay here again.

The staff was very helpful. We came from another hotel stay that was completely appalling and had to cancel because of the cleanliness at the hotel. The staff was very welcoming. Their ballet team was very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, friendly staff and large, comfortable suite. Yes, valet parking is expensive but the rate for the night stay was reasonable for such a nice place and for being so close to the Fieldhouse for the Garth Brooks concert. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful convenient and nice atmosphere

Everything went well. The hotel staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This includes the valet parking staff, the front desk staff and the breakfast kitchen employee.

The employees were so helpful and it is in a great location

The Front Desk staff and Valet staff were very rude.The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable and sliding off the broken frame, every move I made there was loud creeking noises. When we got to the room after checkin- there was feces in the toilet.
