Front desk guy wasn't too friendly. Parking is ridiculously high. Breakfast is great.

The staff was very friendly and housekeeping was working as hard as they could to turn over rooms. I heard the hotel may have sold out the night before for a game. I don’t think any of this was fair to the front desk employees who were dealing with disgruntled customers or the housekeepers who were trying the best they could. If you are short staffed or don’t have the means to turn over a sold out hotel, don’t book all the rooms the next day. At the very least, when you know a room won’t be ready when a customer arrives at the confirmed time, notify them before they arrive to check in.

A very hotel, nicely located. The bar was okay but the access to the much advertised roof deck was very limited (we were never able to use it unfortunately.) Our room was great and very quiet.

This is a poorly operate facility. Understaffed and under serviced. Rooms are cleaned only every three days. Workers are overworked and undervalued.

A simple vista todo estaba en orden y limpio. Al comenzar a desempacar encontré en las gavetas [condones nuevos], pertenencias del cliente anterior el cual no debió pasar en una limpieza exhaustiva antes de entrega a un nuevo cliente. Una situación super incomoda. Fuimos para una convención de uno de nuestros negocios pero igual conozco la importancia de esto ya que uno de nuestros negocios es darle servicio de saneamiento en hoteles, restaurantes, negocios y centro de convenciones en nuestro país. Igualmente, encontré plumas y otras cosas en la cama. El hotel estaba lleno por varias convenciones. La preparación debe ser mas coordinada para que no se quedaran las bandejas vacías, sin panes, beagle, o las bandejas vacías. En realidad, paso todos los días y el lunes al bajar una hora antes estaba cerrado. Son situaciones que no me habían pasado en la cadena en ninguna reservación anteriormente que no fueron de mi agrado.

Helpful staff, clean room and absolute perfect location for an event at Gainbridge.

I liked that it was across the street to Gainbridge because we were there for a concert. What I didn't like is that it took an hour and a half after check in to get our room even though we were there at 3:15 when check in started at 3. Front desk was very helpful but waiting that long to get into our room was not. I feel that they should have refunded some of the cost back to us for making us wait that long just to get our room.

The room was very nice and clean. Did not use the amenities, so cannot review those. I will say if you do not get down to the breakfast when they first start serving you will be waiting forever to get any food.

Amazing

Stayed here 3 times attending games at Gainbridge for a total of 14 days. At night cars and motorcycles rev their engines at stop light in front of hotel. Last night they stopped around 4 am. as is usual. I asked for an upper floor this time and it didn’t help. Ask for something in rear of building or plan to not sleep much at all.

All around great place to stay

Really appreciated the double blackout shades, mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the room. Master light switch was also great.

We stayed at this hotel cause we attended a basketball game. It was close to the venue and the area was walkable. We had the breakfast the next morning and the choices were good. We will definitely stay here again.

Convenient, clean. Have stayed here before and will be back. The only problem we (and several other people) had was figuring out the check-in is located on the 2nd floor!
