The room was fine and we like the outside bar area. However, DO NOT USE the hotels valet service. They stole my coin purse out of the console of my vehicle. It wasn't a lot of money but it's just the idea that they were going through the stuff in my vehicle. The thief also left a black jacket in my vehicle. I found out it was missing less than an hour after we left so I called the hotel and was told the manager of valet would call me to turn in a claim. Of course, I never received a phone call. I will not be staying here ever again.

It was the loudest hotel I’ve ever “tried” to sleep in. We might as well have been in the infield at the Indianapolis 500. Might not be the hotels fault, other than needing to build with better soundproof windows, but maybe asking for police support to end the very late night drag racing could help.

Extremely convenient to the arena. Great breakfast, lounge/restaurant. There’s a great southern restaurant attached to the property. Staff is great, rooms are comfy.

Best place to stay for the Fever games!!! Plus the valet is the best.

It was all wonderful and exceeded my expectations. Located just where I needed it to so I could make my first successful WNBA game!!!!

This was my third stay at this Hyatt Place Indy and it was just as great as the first time. From check in to check out, the staff was friendly and helpful. The drinks and food at the Bar were great. The room was clean and spacious. Will continue to stay there on next visits to Indy.

Closeness to our destination. After paying $240.00 for the room then being charged $53.00 to park at the hotel i thought was expensive the room was worth it but felt like I was raped for parking at the business I was utilizing. And our pillows stunk like sweat.

Location The lineup through the front door after events for people to get their cars from the valet!!! Right in front blocking elevator access to people staying at the hotel!! Rent the little space located right next door, to the south for the valet services! That pileup at that door is dangerous!

They do not provide complementary water, you have to pay 6 to 8 dollars for a bottle, we asked for Housekeeping to clean our room and they told us that they only come every other day. The valet parking is $58.00 per day!! If you arrive late in the evening you will have to take your luggage to your room. I will not be returning to the Hyatt Place.

Our room had stains on the couch cushions and bed duvet covers and the mattresses were old and worn.

Breakfast was good and drinks were reasonably priced. Location was exceptional. Pillows are not the best

The staff was friendly, breakfast was easily to find and has great options, and the hotel itself was super close to the Gainbridge stadium so we didn’t have to uber anywhere!
