Perfect location. Right across the street from Gainbridge.
-
Not very clean, bathroom very outdated , shower definitely needs updating on tile. Tons of sand . Walls were very dirty.

Staff very helpful, breakfast bar very well stocked and full of great choices. Hotel close to very many great bars and restaurants. Location to events excellent.
-
Our room was just fine but the water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low and the water condensation from the AC handler was loud. Other than that, great, helpful staff!

The breakfast was good, maybe offer pancakes / waffles. The restaurant/bar that was onsite was over priced and the seating was horrible. When you have meetings in which you offer the restaurant as the place to eat and you provide the food, it should be done in another area as it took up 3/4 of the seating when we tried to eat in there. You should also include on your website that when there is a home basketball game, that the restaurant/bar and lobby areas are going to be overflowing with people that are attending the basketball game and you should go elsewhere where for food / drinks. If you have a handicap placard you should be able to park for free in the parking garage or if not for free for a reduced charge ie…$25.00 per nite vs the $42.00 per nite we were charged.

Great hot breakfast, comfortable beds, exceptionally clean facilities. And best of all RIGHT across the road from Gainbridge. Great parking garage: safe and clean. A little high on price, but worth it.

Staff was professional and helpful from the moment I arrived. Location of property could not have been better for me as I was there to attend Fe or game right across the street. I will be back. Thank you.. Yes we won

Close to the event we were attending

Came for a concert, location was perfect. The room was very clean. We arrived to check in around 5, expected to be able to check in as I was not made aware of the delay in the check in. We waited in the lobby for almost 2 hours to finally get checked in. We were late for our concert as we got to the hotel 2 hours before to get ready and just walk over. The manager at the desk said sorry but I’ll just knock off your parking but it seems as though I should’ve been discounted more with me missing out on my room for 3 hours. He said they had guest do late checkout but knowing the rooms are booked seems as though that’s when you do not allow it. The cleaning staff was wonderful and our room was very clean.
