My rental vehicle was not able to start on its own. The staff were able to help me with a jump pack and get me on my way. Outstanding Service!

We loved this hotel! It was everything we want in a place to stay and more. Complimentary breakfast was good, the hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. We chose this hotel because it is across the street from the Gainbridge Fieldhouse and we were there for a Fever game. It's a bit pricey but after a 10-day vacation, it was nice to just walk back after the game and go to a very comfortable bed without fighting traffic! Would stay again! Paying for parking.

The front desk was not very welcome. Make me pay 200 extra dollars to continue book same room. The attitude of the front desk is awful … will never book here again.

The fact the parking is not discounted for hotel patrons is terrible

Good food in restaurant and lots of options in walking distance. I forgot my purse in the safe and remembered when I was an hour away. Called and asked them to retrieve it and hold at the front desk. I got it back with everything intact.

LOCATION TO FEVER GAME! Literally across the street! Valet parking was very handy and staff was incredibly friendly and fast! Check-in process was the only thing that was not as easy as it should be. New technology isn’t always the smoothest for customers

The LOCATION!! Love walking out the front door to Gainbridge. Walking distance to many other bars, but the food and the staff at Pivot are top-notch! They are fun and friendly. The rooms are great with a sofa and ottoman and office workspace. This is are third year of staying at this Hyatt! Let's go Fever! It's on the pricey side. But it's worth it!

This is the absolute BEST hotel to stay at if you are in Indianapolis for a basketball game as it is literally across the street from Gainbridge Fieldhouse!!! Parking is easy and convenient and they really try to accommodate you for an early check in if a room is available when you arrive for an earlier basketball game. We are definitely going to continue to stay here every time we come back to Indy for an Indiana Fever WNBA home game!!

The location was ok, but lots of construction and hotel built nextdoor. Construction, outdated facility (not in historical charming way), carries Hyatt name, but not brand image or quality.
