Hyatt House Indianapolis Downtown

I love this hotel. I always stay here when I’m in Indy perfect location. The parking is $52 but I just park on the street if I can.

Couldn't ask for a better Hotel!!

We loved staying at the Hyatt House when we were in town for an event across the street. The employees were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. The rooms were spacious and ready upon check in.

It was a good experience. Breakfast needed some work and the pool was very disappointing. At a few times they stated it was closed for cleaning but when open it was gross

We reserved a Studio Suite with King bed and sofa bed and did NOT get that?? When we arrived in our room there was no couch and our view was of a brick wall NOT the Gainbridge Fieldhouse like we reserved. I used points for this stay and now I'm out those points and didn't get what I reserved.

Our stay was excellent except for breakfast. We went down 35-40 minutes before they quit serving and they had little or nothing left to eat. Empty serving trays. Went back to check every five minutes, but nothing. They were very busy, so I guess I can understand.

Best place to eat, stay, and play if you’re enjoying a night at Gainbridge Fieldhouse catching a Fever Game- you can practically watch the game from your room !!!

Absolutely love this place! So clean and so comfortable. Will always stay here every year hands down.

The hotel is in the ideal location for Gainbridge Fieldhouse, though the elevators get a bit overwhelmed upon return. I also would have appreciated signage indicating the valet line versus the elevator line. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the air conditioner / thermostat times out and needs to be turned on again, including in the middle of the night, which decreased overall comfort. The breakfast line was outrageously long. Be prepared to wait to make other plans for breakfast. The attached garage was easy to use for parking!

You can't get a closer hotel to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Fantastic location. Really good continental breakfast too. Room was very nice, clean, spacious. Great walkability downtown. Very easy to access rideshare as well.

I picked this hotel for the pool and breakfast. The pool was only open 1 day but was disgusting. It spelled like sewage and was murky. The 2nd day they drained the pool and was not filled before we left. My girls were so upset they didn’t get to swim. We were there for a big cheer competition so there were lots of people there but every time we went down for breakfast it was always empty. They brought more food out but there was always so many people waiting that it was gone again. The parking prices are ridiculous it ended up being $67 each night. The room and the rest of the hotel was great though.

The room at night are very noisy. The staff is so kind! And having a kitchen and bedroom were helpful with our situation also cut down on our expenses, eating out! The only complaint for me was the noise and the pool. The pool was not as expected very very small.

Great would stay again when in Indy

The hallways were full of garbage and the pool and pool area was even worse. The staff and everything else was amazing. The pool needs some serious attention.

Breakfast staff could not keep up on refilling the items. Line was very long. Opened 15 minutes late on Friday morning. Food was out within 10 minutes of opening.
