Hyatt House Indianapolis Downtown

The staff was horrible didnt want to help in any way. Parking was not easy.

My room was left unclean for 3 days. I have vedio to prove it

Walls are paper thin, so it was very noisy. A coffee pot and coffee were included, but no cups. Also no cups in the bathroom. Wastebasket under the desk still had trash in it when we first entered the room. We were told one price for parking, but then a higher price was charged to our card. The breakfast was okay, but not exceptional.

The room was just not nice. The furniture wall beat up, the vanity was tiny, and there was a spot on the wall by the toilet paper holder that wasn’t painted. Like they’d had to do dry wall work but forgot to paint the area. The shower curtain was a gross mess that was falling apart. I genuinely think they’re going to wind up having someone slip and hurt getting out of the shower too. The bathtub is about 3-4” off of the ground such that when you step out, your foot that’s still in the shower is very prone to slip. It was a great deal tho and the workers were all wonderful. We really enjoyed the restaurant and patio area too!

Great location! We walked across the street to an Indiana Fever game. Room was spacious and well-equipped. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Hallway on our floor smelled like weed.

Great location!

We stayed there due to attending an Indiana Fever game at Gainbridge Field house. The location is great because Gainbridge was right across the road. It’s pretty much on the heart of downtown. Staff was very nice & helpful. Will definitely be back.

Hotel was great. Perfect location for Indiana Fever game. Breakfast was terrible!!! No eggs, no silverware, no syrup for pancakes. Ran out of coffee. Ran out of everything because not stocked or staffed.

Room was clean. Breakfast was ok. Parking to expensive. It was annoying to uae yiur key to do everything, even run the elevator. They never had towels at the pool. Not worth the price.
