Hyatt House Indianapolis Downtown

Excellent place to stay for the Fever games! Everything was amazing!

Friendly staff. Breakfast and staff were 5 star quality. Rooms clean, and beds comfortable

Everything was nice to the dining downstairs we loved the food. The basketball building across the street love it.It was a nice vibe to chill and watch my son and husband play basketball.I also caught a concert at the basketball arena across the street. The breakfast was wonderful too. Using the keycard on the elevator because we kept getting stuck and wouldn’t move.

Great location. Hotel is in great shape. The second floor patio is awesome. Everything is within walking distance

Breakfast was excellent.

Located directly across the street from Gainbridge Arena. Within walking distance to fabulous restaurants

Poor

Rooms were spacious.Dtafg were bery helpful. Location excellent. Had to ask for extra towels because of housekeeping was every other day.

Location was perfect for the concert my significant other attended No free coffee in the lobby all night. No robes in my room One towel was dirty hanging in bathroom next to sink

Location was great and the breakfast was awesome. Real eggs, well cooked hash browns and the sausage was cooked well. The food was hot and ready. Everything was great. The staff was great!

Right across the street from Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Nothing, everything was great!

Good

The room and stay was nice however Check In Time says 3:00 and when we arrived at that time - there was not a room ready. We were attending the Fever game and had to leave our belongings in our vehicle so we could get to game on time and then get room key after game, This was a bit frustrating.

Room was not ready when we arrived at check in time

Did not get the room we booked! I booked a 1 king bed suite with a couch, city view. The photos were identical to a very nice Hyatt House we have stayed at twice in Oakbrook, IL (chicago). The room we got was 1 king bed, No couch, accessible - we did NOT need this feature - and absolutely Not like the room pictured. The mattress was miserable - like a giant marshmallow- turned into more of a hammock with two people in it. When I called the front desk, was told there wasn't a room like I booked available and the one we got was 'accessible'. Like that made it ok. No. How can they just change what I booked & paid for (non-refundable) without informing us, or having any choice about it? We only found out by going to the room. Thankfully it was just one night. Hyatt House Indy is permanently off our list. Unfortunate because our daughter lives there.

We stayed for an event at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, everything was perfect! Valet parking was easy, the arena is right there and there are great amenities!

Exceptional

Nice hotel and good location

Central location, breakfast and a pool

Everything was really nice. Had a very happy stay. Only complaint I got is the king bed wasn't comfortable. Maybe cause I'm use to a softer one. But great experience overall.
