Clean rooms

Overall good stay. We had ants in our bathroom one night but that seemed like an anomaly. They also had a big leak in the hallway that they were working on through the stay. Great location, great staff.

The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and very well maintained. Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel had the perfect balance of luxury, relaxation, and sophistication. What impressed us most was the level of hospitality. Great hotels can have beautiful rooms and amenities, but it is the people who truly make an experience memorable. The team at Le Méridien made us feel valued rather than simply treated like another hotel guest. Everything from check-in to the cleanliness, comfort, atmosphere, and service exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and genuinely did not want our stay to end. Le Méridien has definitely earned our five-star rating, and we would happily stay here again. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an upscale, comfortable, and memorable experience. Thank you to the entire Le Méridien team for making our stay so special. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not enough staff in restaurant/bar

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Meridien - however - the bed was very firm so we didn't sleep very well. Also, we were given a room that had a lock-off door and our bed was against the wall with the door so we could hear everything in the neighboring room. We were told we'd been "upgraded" but I don't know how that's an upgrade. Lastly, there's no fan in the bathroom nor any towel bars by the showers and I don't understand why this is typical thing I find at many hotels. Nevertheless, for what we paid, I expected a bit more posh decor and better bathroom fixtures for ease of use. There was also street noise since we were on fifth floor, above the street. It died down early enough (10-11pm ish), but something to keep in mind, depending on time of year others travel.

The location is great

For us - location, friendly staff, decor, The side table had ring marks - not cleaned well and toilet paper was poor quality. Staff appeared to be scrambling at times (unsure of who was doing what) - but a definite A-plus for their effort for you could tell they cared and were trying their best. These are just a few noticed things, but all in all nice enough to stay again. These room was very small for the price but we enjoyed the whole ambiance

This is a clean hotel with pleasant staff, however I’ve been here twice and nobody both times has been there to valet. Also, when I got to my room the door was left open, but overall good stay.

As a frequent traveler, I plan to go back to the hotel. I had an excellent waiter Geoffrey that was very friendly and efficient. The food , room accommodations were excellent. The only thing is you must call ahead of time to reserve a table for the breakfast/ brunch. My suggestion to the front desk is to ask during check in is whether you want to dine there and if so ,to make a reservation. Also, to let people know if there is an event nearby due to changes for pickup for rides, such as an Uber. The frontable is still under construction which is unfortunate but I hope by the next time I arrive , it will be finished. Overall, I would give the hotel an A minus .

Location. Clean Room wasn’t ready at 5pm. Had to use key card to work elevator and half the time it didn’t work! No luggage carts and I was supposed to get a free breakfast voucher but never received. Staff tried their best but whoever is running the place cares more about appearance than service.
