When I asked the receptionist if they had a store so we could buy a few things. She said, no, they only had 2 vending machines. The next day after we had settled in from our travel. We saw clearly there was a big store not far from reception. Irksome.

Lots of construction around the hotel at this time. Didn’t feel it once inside the hotel.
-
What I disliked..... the 2 phones in my room did not work. The faucet in the bathroom had very little water pressure and it splashed water onto the counter and mirror.
-
Hotel room was dirty, there were cables out that should have been hidden, wallpaper was bubbling up in the bathroom, & fire alarm's cover was hanging off the alarm by wires.
-
Our room was dirty. Their was red goop smeared on mirrors. Housekeeping entered my room unannounced twice. Parking was outrageous.

Location was great
-
The valet/parking garage the hotel has was full so we had to park down the street in another garage. If we had a room booked, why doesn’t the hotel save the valet spots for guests?! Instead of sending guests elsewhere to park all while lugging their luggage.
-
The staff was lovely and the room was super clean. No complaints!

This is a wonderful Hyatt! Excellent location, kind staff, amazing amenities, and good food. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is traveling to Indy or wants to do a staycation.
-
The location was very nice, good the amenities and the room was pretty cleaning
-
Construction, which is nothing to do with the hotel, but made roads confusing and inconvenient.
-
The room smelled so unpleasant like mildew sheets. Very musty and unpleasant. The air conditioning was also not working well.

Location
-
Great location! Clean excellent staff! I didn’t like the fact that Booking.com doesn’t allow you to put in AAA OR AARP discounts when booking.
-
The fact that there was several amenities available such as the gym, pool, and Starbucks in the same building along with food areas. Though I would like to include that the fat rooster is an absolute joke and don’t waste your money. Rooms weren’t very clean, rooms were tiny, shower head was almost unusable and the hvac system kept kicking on and off all night even though we had the fan set to high. The cost is absurd for what you get.

Exceptional
-
The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was convenient and located close to the events. The rooms are small and outdated. The sheets were super scratchy and not comfortable & the pillows smelled like b.o. The air conditioning fan in our room was noisy but facility maintenance showed up promptly to inspect and fix problem.
