I did not like how I was treated when I arrived to check in. Although I booked directly through the hotel, the rude receptionist didn’t want to give me the room for the amount I booked for. I was never accommodated for anything.

I had a great stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. Everything was peaceful and convenient, and I felt welcomed during my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

We were disappointed that the pool wasn't working, as it was one of the desirable features we were looking for.

The staff were super helpful, kind and just amazing. However the pool was closed ( huge bummer because the kids really wanted to swim) , the happy hour wasn’t the greatest (only had chips and Salsa with veggies) and my bathroom wasn’t clean… like at all.

Even though it was just an overnight stay, loved the room. The bed was super comfortable. All staff encountered were very pleasant. Would stay again should I travel to Indianapolis again.

The toilet didn’t flush half the time the cold water knob didn’t work right on the sink and the absolute worst part was we were in some corner horrible room with this horrendous noise that went on the entire night and didn’t shut off till 7 AM. Some kind of weird fan thing we thought it was the air conditioner. It was not and my husband actually wanted to leave in the middle of the night. He was so disgusted. We’ll never stay at this property again and feel I should be refunded some money for the price we paid for this room.

We payed over 500 for 2week nights plus 100 parking and that would be totally fine but was not warned of the pool not working no were on the internet or website did it tell us that is crazy and way overpriced with no pool or hot tub !!! If it is free I would not go back ..

The property was nicely located and parking was a breeze. Included breakfast was nice and there were several options. The room could have been cleaner. The pool was closed.

How the staff was polite. The toilet in 818 isn’t working properly ppl have to flush multiple times for waste to go down.

We picked Embassy Suites for an upscale place to visit with our daughter and grandkids and was looking forward to spending time in the pool. Got there and the pool and hot tub is closed until next year. Expedia said nothing about this. Embassy suites web site did have the closing prominently displayed. Expedia should have done a better job here. All of the staff were very helpful with a great attitude. We had a 2 night stay and I don’t expect new bed linens, but empty trash, some fresh towels, new cups and a coffee service refill seems to be in order at this price point.
