it was kool staying here the staff was friendly and helpful only problem was hair left in my bathroom at check in and they fix it asap.

I like the fact that they gave us some snacks when we showed up. I wished that would’ve been a little bit more in the online booking. Maybe I didn’t read it clearly I would’ve taken advantage of it, but we had to get to our venue that we were going to I wish it was a little bit less expensive but other than that, everything was good.

We left candlewood suites because it was just horrible and came here and it was absolutely wonderful!

The hotel was very clean & the room was spacious! Downside the bar isn’t open very late.

I gave 4 stars because the pool was closed down 2x before regular closing time when my daughter tried to swim and also the entrance was VERY difficult to find upon arrival by car. Drove around the block a few times. Those minor things aside we had a wonderful stay! Breakfast was great, room was comfortable and every single employee that we interacted with was so professional, attentive and kind. 5 star staff. One of the staff at breakfast went above and beyond and moved some chairs for us and the women who took our dishes did so with a smile and friendly greeting. The gentleman at the front desk who checked our luggage was exceptionally kind. (I regret not getting names). It seems like everyone who works there is happy to be there and that is rare to see these days. Someone must be doing something right! Thank you for making us feel very welcome!

Breakfast was really good and the staff was really helpful Better signage. It was our first time staying and it’s a little rough when you don’t know what you’re doing.

Nice accommodation for two nights. Breakfast was excellent and staff work very hard during this time to meet guests needs. Great location!

Great hotel and a great location. Parking was easy and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Very nice rooms.

Waffles were very dry. If I had ordered the meal at a testeraunt I would not be inclined to order it again. There isn’t any retail downtown Indy anymore!

The complimentary breakfast + cocktails were excellent with many options to choose from, and the evening reception was a nice added touch. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Indianapolis for business or leisure.

Very clean and room was ready early.

Staff was friendly and efficient but the room had lots of wear and the bathroom door was a sliding barn door which did not stay shut and also afforded zero privacy.

we didnt use any amenities as we just came here to sleep. But I would stay here again, if I need to stay in Indy downtown.

Very clean, nice hotel. Added benefit of snacks, alcoholic/non alcoholic drinks in the evenings. Very nice breakfast in the morning.

Overall great stay highly recommend we will be back
