Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites

Mmmmm

Exceptional

I love all the Hilton brand hotels and I loved how big and comfortable the room and bed were. Also we both loved the view of the city from our room. I also liked that the breakfast was included with the room because that was the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had in all my years staying in various hotels! I didn't like that parking wasn't included in the stay and I didn't like that after I paid over $340 for a room for one night with my card before arriving, I get surprised at the front desk with having to have a credit/debit card to charge a refundable $75 deposit before getting into our room! I believe when I originally booked the room everything was paid for and the deposit was included in the price since like I said earlier.... The room was over $340!!! ... For 1 night!!!!

Booked this room the day before my birthday. Turned out amazing, the 19th floor is really nice. Breakfast addon is worth it too with all the options available. Location is great if going out to do things downtown.

Extremely great service ask for a early check-in and it got us in there at 1 PM when the original time was 4 PM got a discount on the parking great place to stay.

Very good

Exceptional

the room had stains in the carpet and it also had a big yellow spot right above the toilet boil the room was jest old and need some attention but the bed was clean and very comfortable.

The room was clean and a great size for our family of 4. They provided a Pack-N-Play for our toddler. The pool was chilly, but our family had a great time overall.

How big the rooms was I didn't like how the rooms with the beds in it that very hot and the room with the living room in it stayed really cool

Clean room, friendly staff, quiet floor. Highly recommend for solo travel. Love the late check out option.

Location No soaps to wash face/hands. Only hand lotion was available.

Good location to Lucas. And orher sporting events abd some restaurants. Construction going on now, so walking or driving- you may have to detour your steps some. Parkng alittle steep for over night event but hotel room was spacious and nice. We left to come back after shopping and maid in room cleaning and we had not even checked out and had a couple hours before check out time. We found rhat odd. But hotel was nice and staff friendly.

That was the only disappointment.

Room needed to get vacuumed. The cold water on bathroom faucet leaked all over the counter. There is no microwave in the rooms.
