Location and parking were convienent. Prices. Seems like anytime there’s an event we go to for our granddaughter, prices go up!!

Great downtown location, close to everything and lots of places to eat. Staff were accommodating. Room was clean, but the window sill and top of furniture were very dusty. Should have had other amenities like qtips, hair shower cap, etc readily available in the bathroom. Also, “city view” doesn’t mean much… we paid for city view, but we faced the garage building.

Couldn’t use the coffee pot as some of the components were missing! Seems like it was very quickly gone through. One of the water bottles that they bragged about having in the room was opened and partly empty. The coffee table was very dirty.

The location was awesome, the place looked immaculate, and the staff was polite.

We decided to travel to Indy for my daughter’s tenth birthday and chose this hotel with high hopes! Our stay was beyond our expectations. The room was wonderful, clean, and incredibly spacious. The housekeepers that work at this location deserve a raise because I’ve never been in a cleaner room and I’ve paid way more for hotel rooms. Additionally, the hotel is so incredibly close to everything we wanted to do and within walking distance! We will definitely be coming back!!
