Hopeful staff and amazing room!

Building was beautiful and room was spacious My room was not cleaned properly the 4 nights I was there. Staff was not very friendly or helpful.

Really close to a lot of stuff and a unique hotel

But this hotel really needs an upgrade. My husband didn’t want to sleep in the room. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night and driving to Chicago our next destination & checking into a hotel in Chicago. So we paid for a room we didn’t even stay in. To be specific: Our linens were so beyond their lifespan they were pilled. The room just felt so dingy and depressing and looked “clean”/neat but it just felt so rundown I didn’t want to take my shoes off. For the price I really would have hoped for better. The staff were so great, but I do hope this hotel gets renovated. I do like more high end hotels, so maybe someone else would find it just fine. However I’ve stayed at Midway airport hotels and though I didn’t love them I didn’t really feel put off. They were inexpensive but felt cleaner and more updated.

Location was great, very friendly staff & clean We booked one room for 4 people & got very SMALL beds to sleep in! They were not even queen size ~ only full!

It was a very nice building conversion to a hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only negative is the rooms a/c didn’t seem to work properly. It cooled, but didn’t seem to ever satisfy the thermostat.

Stayed one night for a birthday celebration in the Queen Suite. The room was huge, clean and worked well for the 4 adults and 3 grands. The hotel was lovely, very friendly staff. The location was perfect and within walking distance to the activities, shopping, and restaurants.

Needed a chair. Had a desk chair no other side chair.

I stay here every time I’m in Indianapolis. I love this property. Staff is always super nice, and rooms are always super clean.

The hotel is lovely and the rooms are clean and spacious. The only complaint I have is that check out is at 11 am but housekeeping started knocking the doors at 9:30 am.

Had the extra door key card picked up by the maids called front desk and was brought up a new door key within a minute

Getting to the property was a little tough, although in their defense we got there at 5 pm. But the location was excellent for our trip to see the Indiana Fever game. The hotel was well run and very ornate. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I want to give a shout out to our housekeeper Emily. Our room was fabulous after she got done with it. The only troublesome thing was the air conditioning fan (blower) was extremely loud in our room. So much so that it would somewhat wake you up when it turned on during the night, but this was not a deal breaker because of everything else the hotel provided (excellent staff, location, facilities). We would return to this hotel.

The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were clean and inviting.

We attended a Fever game and was unsure of hotels to select for walking and safety. This is a super easy and safe walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The price was pretty good. I am not crazy about only valet parking at $43, but it was ok. It was tricky to pull up and valet given the busy street. It only took about 10 minutes to get our car the next morning but we left around 7am. There is a parking garage across the street and half a block away for about half the price but we were unsure of the safety overnight. We did book through Expedia which saved us some cost. We didn’t shower as we left early the next day. It is a bath tub shower combo but does have grip bars. Looked like it was clean and ok. We had a great view and nice beds and tv.
