Cool building! Old marble bank building but all modernized. Great location about a block from the circle fountain and close to Gainbridge Field House for our Fever game!

Hotel was best

Was in and out, so there's not really much to say. The room was very clean and welcoming and the bed was very comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful, my stay was everything I thought it should have been. Will book again without hesitation.

Our stay was great. The hotel is a historical building so it has an oldie feel to it. It’s beautiful and the valet service was great. If you stay use valet. The parking garage will charge you every time you leave. Valet is one price per day unlimited use and very convenient. Special thank you to manager Mindy. It was my son’s 17th birthday and they decorated our room and gave him a birthday gift and 2 complementary breakfast vouchers. Breakfast isn’t free so if you have a family and want to be budget friendly keep that in mind. My only complaint is our room was a little dirty. I had Clorox wipes so I just wiped what needed to be wiped. Other than that, the hotel is in great walking distance to everything downtown and we would stay again.

There was an issue with a stripe in the shower that was missing g that kept causing the floor to flood but the desk gave me extra towels to have it soaked up.

My experience was terrible. I paid for 2 night stay in a suite on the secret 16th floor of their hotel. My family and I had a foreshadow of things to come when we went to get onto the elevator after check-In. The elevator doors were partly broken and did not work smoothly as the doors were partially opening and closing without actually doing either. Hard to explain really. Once we finally got to our suite the door was hard to open and even harder to close. The room advertised city view windows which was a lie, it was 1 ft weird skyline view of the sky. The bathroom showerhead wasn’t working properly and shot water out the back of the showerhead causing damage to the ceiling. The door handle to the bathroom was really shaky and loose. My 1yr old son found an old wooden toothpick on the couch in the room and handed it to my wife. Good thing he didn’t try and eat it. My 4yr old daughter found a 2nd wooden toothpick on the side of the couch and handed it to me which I threw away. I pulled out the coach sofa bed to go to sleep only to find the couch bed was never cleaned or sanitized with old sheets on the bed with brownish-red large stains on the bed. The following day I was questioning why I chose to do a suite when I could have gotten same quality from a motel 6. While contemplating that dilemma I placed my arm on the side of the couch only for to find my hand slide into an old pack of cookies that was left behind and never cleaned by the housekeeping staff. There you have it!

Everything was great with the hotel except the second night there was a game downtown and when it was over the noise from car stereos, cars revving their engines and squealing their tires went on for hours till almost 2am.

Shower was broken; maintenance knew about the broken shower yet we were still put in this room without a working shower. We were given a room that we did not book as the hotel overbooked. Staff was friendly, but understaffed - do not recommend this hotel.
