Beautiful, clean and modern aesthetic. The room was clean and luxurious.

Completely amazing all the way around

Nice quiet and clean room. The only negative was the $75 fee for valet parking. They do not offer self parking.

This was an outstanding experience. It seemed like every detail had been carefully considered. Whenever I thought I might need something, it was already available. The staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. While breakfast was not included, I did enjoy an absolutely delicious BLT in the dining room.

We loved the Hotel. Staff was wonderful. The only thing was the Hydration station wasn't working, the ice wasn't useable.

Close to many attractions and restaurants in the city.

The IHG Indianapolis was amazing. The rooms are appointed beautifully. Tall windows and ceilings, beds, light fixture are all beatiful.

This was the most relaxing experiences I could have ever asked for. We got a flat tire before we got to the city and they were so kind to get us checked in early and then direct us to the closest tire place to get everything fixed up. I don’t think I touched a single door once getting in and out of the place they were always there to help open the doors and get the elevator. I would go back to Indianapolis just to stay there!!

Fabulous experience, celebratory gift and note were appreciated beyond words. Wonderful room, better staff and truly great stay. Recommend!

Spacious and updated, plenty of room for a family of four in queen room if your kids are used to sharing a bed at hotels.

We enjoyed the breakfast and menu. Service was good and the server was friendly. Would love the option for coffee or breakfast on the 11th floor balcony even it is just grab and go

Wish there was a pool. Parking was $150 and we never used our car.

Wonderful stay!

After we found our way to the second floor for main lobby, the staff was very helpful. Our room was very nice and clean and despite some confusion with elevators I felt very secure with how they worked. After we returned from our event we were in town for, we had a hard time falling asleep feeling like we were on set of a Fast and Furious movie until 2 am. No amount of tv or music could drown out the loud mufflers, racing cars, and loud music, despite being several floors up. It felt as if I were on ground level with a window open. Several others complained downstairs during checkout as well. I know its not on the hotel itself, but for the price we paid for the visit, a good night's sleep would've been nice. Not even sure if some sort of thicker sound blocking window option is a thing, but if so they should invest. We only stayed one day but I drove home exhausted! Maybe during the week is better than a Saturday night. Was excited to check out the rooftop for brunch but there was an event going on.
