After we found our way to the second floor for main lobby, the staff was very helpful. Our room was very nice and clean and despite some confusion with elevators I felt very secure with how they worked. After we returned from our event we were in town for, we had a hard time falling asleep feeling like we were on set of a Fast and Furious movie until 2 am. No amount of tv or music could drown out the loud mufflers, racing cars, and loud music, despite being several floors up. It felt as if I were on ground level with a window open. Several others complained downstairs during checkout as well. I know its not on the hotel itself, but for the price we paid for the visit, a good night's sleep would've been nice. Not even sure if some sort of thicker sound blocking window option is a thing, but if so they should invest. We only stayed one day but I drove home exhausted! Maybe during the week is better than a Saturday night. Was excited to check out the rooftop for brunch but there was an event going on.

This was a special weekend for our birthdays. Hotel is clean and spacious. Staff is super. Our room was closer to the elevator so was noisy at times. In general a little over priced compared to like hotels. Probably would not stay again when there are comparable hotels at a lower price.

We love this hotel. This time around, our room was not as clean as we are used to. There was dust in the restroom and wasn’t as pristine as has been our past experiences here.

One of the most amazing hotels we have ever stayed at. Exceptional.

I loved the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The valet parking was seamless and convenient. Fitness facilities were immaculate with several different options for cardio (rower, treadmills and bikes), free weight equipment, bands, Trx, as well as several weighted machines. Overall I’d love to stay here again if I’m ever in town. If not here, I hope the other locations are just as nice.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had several items already in the room ( toothpaste/ toothbrush) so if you forgot yours you had it right in your room the bar was stocked with top shelf liquor and a variety of snacks. Loved the espresso machine too. Bed was comfortable and the electric shades made it simple to darken the room for sleeping
