property was spotless close to everything - walked to st elmos - downtown area very safe gym and pool were spectacular Great coffee shop to start the day

Very clean and comfortable Quite loud. It sounded like someone was entering my room when ever people went in or out of neighboring rooms. I could hear the elevator from my room. Even though I was on the 18th floor, I could hear all the street noises.

The room is clean. The staff was very helpful. I got an upgrade, which was nice. There are restaurants nearby and the spa was lovely in the hotel.

When we checked in, I reserved a king bed room but they gave us 2 queens and claimed they overbooked, so reservations made through a 3rd party app, like Expedia are the first to get downgraded. The shower heads in the queen room would not stay up so unless you are 2 ft tall, there was no way to shower without sitting on the ground. They did make my reservation right and changed us to a king bed room.

The staff was 5 star. The rooms need updating. Bed was uncomfortably soft. Bath fan does not shut off. Furniture dated. Annoying alarm noise on roof outside 8th floor window.

All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room and bathroom were clean and bed was comfy. I ordered room service and it came quickly and tasted great.
