Not a lot. The lobby is nice The most horrifying hotel experience I’ve maybe ever had was with the parking garage. Self parking was $42 vs $75 valet so I chose to park myself. The elevator of the garage leads straight to a maze of dumpsters and piss and shit. I’m from New York City mind you, I’m not easily offended by trash and piss. It was disgusting and definitely unsafe. It’s insane to think that’s the accessible entrance. It’s not news that the discounted rooms are going to be outdated. I’d say they’re circa 2002? All fine. Good bathtub, comfortable bed, tv so old it’s unusable. Everyone I encountered at the hotel was absolutely lovely. They deserve a better hotel too.

Excellent check in, accommodating bellman, beautifully appointed room, lovely coffee service in room, five star spa facility, and Capital Grille dinner exceptional! Would enjoy this gem again!

The statement parking for a fee needs to be defined. There is ONLY valet parking. Overnight $72 per night!!! It’s INSANE, to pay for parking at a hotel your staying at.

Pool and hot tub were the highlight of our evening.

You have to be a different type of cliental to enjoy this hotel. Not a good part of town. Lots of homeless people hanging around outside.

Hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. While the hotel was undergoing renovations, I was not able to notice any construction/demo during our stay Nothing, it was great

Excellent staff, room was perfect didn't use the hot tub and the valet parking is a bit much $71.00 a day but they were very prompt and courteous.

Clean and smelled nice. Parking was difficult to find, had to park 3 blocks down. Pillows were flat with no extras. There was no usb plugs for cell phones.

Perhaps this was a mistake but bags were delivered and it wasn’t until we reached room and began looking around that we contacted front desk to be re-assigned. Grateful for a Second room availability on different floor with clean room including shower head! We had also booked a suite directly thru hotel with no issues.

I got double charged for the room and had to wait a while for them to issues the refund

The overall stay was okay except the water was out for the whole night. My wife and I got to the room around midnight to take shower and also use the bathbomb we bought earlier the day but the water was out we couldn't use the bathbomb. Also my wife was coming to hotel after work and she wasn't able to take shower before bed including myself. If the hotel let us know ahead of time we would have chose another hotel but the staff said water will be back 5am in the morning so we decided to wait for water. In the end, the water was not available until 8am. I have been to many hotels in America but this was first time ever I was not able to use the water when I wanted to.
