Excellent Hotel, Staff is teriffic and the food is high quailty.

The hotel was very clean and modern. We loved the club lounge, as the morning breakfast and evening snacks were full of a great selection of items. Looking forward to our next stay.

Love the park across the street for walking the dog, but breakfast service in the dining room was too slow, and the pancakes were drowned in a sour lemon sauce that should have been on the side.

I gave 5 stars for everything.

The room was inviting and clean, We enjoyed the comfort of the bed and slept very well. I also used the Fitness Center. It was crowded, but there were enough machines and weights for everyone to use. One might need to wait their turn, but not often. We also enjoyed a lite lunch at Ten Hands. A half salad option is more than enough for an adult. The parking situation was disappointing. Ninety dollars for two nights seemed excessive.

Room service did not happen on one of our days that we stayed.

It’s just OK hotel with smelly room and overpriced parking. We parked for half the price three minutes of walk. The front desk wasn’t friendly. They also charged some tax on top of reservation without informing us.

This was my second time staying at the Westin and my experience was okay. The first time, they couldn't find my reservation because I booked through Hotels.com, so I had to wait over an hour to get a room (though they did give me free breakfast for the trouble). This time, I called ahead to let them know my flight was delayed and that I was still coming, but they hit me with an extra $300 no-show charge on top of me already paying for the full 5 days. On top of that, there's no washer and dryer, which is uncommon. At one point, Housekeeping woke up my husband and 4-month-old and told them to leave so they could clean, but after waiting an hour and a half to two hours, they came back and nothing had even been touched. The breakfast is good quality, but pricey if you don’t include it with your stay. It also has access to the convention center which was a reason for choosing the hotel. However, there are others within close distance to the convention center as well to choose from.

Everything was clean and well kept, these may have been some of the best beds I’ve ever slept in. Everything was so comfortable. 10/10 would stay here again.

No tiene extractor de aire en el baño como los cuartos están reducidos no hay mesa ... el estacionamiento se es caro para cuando te quedas en hotel 45 por día y si solo pasa un o dos horas te cobran completo es un robo al estar hospedado en el hotel.
