The bed was very comfortable and room very quiet. The coffee in the room is terrible, not enough cream and sugar. You really must do better! The refrigerator was not cold, maintenance did not replace. It took more than 4 minutes to get hot water. You need a better remote control for the TV.

The hotel was very clean and modern. We loved the club lounge, as the morning breakfast and evening snacks were full of a great selection of items. Looking forward to our next stay.

Love the park across the street for walking the dog, but breakfast service in the dining room was too slow, and the pancakes were drowned in a sour lemon sauce that should have been on the side.

The room was inviting and clean, We enjoyed the comfort of the bed and slept very well. I also used the Fitness Center. It was crowded, but there were enough machines and weights for everyone to use. One might need to wait their turn, but not often. We also enjoyed a lite lunch at Ten Hands. A half salad option is more than enough for an adult. The parking situation was disappointing. Ninety dollars for two nights seemed excessive.
