This is our second stay at this location, and it hasn't disappointed us yet. Great amenities, the staff is VERY welcoming and helpful and the location could not be better for downtown bars, restaurants and sports venues.

Great overall

Everything in this hotel is top notch. Room was very nice & updated. The bathroom was updated, although exhaust fans would be a big help as the shower fogs up all the mirrors. The shower head was amazing. So much pressure!! Bed was comfortable. Many food choices, from snacks, drinks, to full scale restaurant which was very good and had excellent wait staff (Tyler was great!). If you care for a drink, try the Peach Cobbler. It was delicious!!! I will definitely stay here again if ever in Indy. One final note, my husband and I were there attending the Drum Corps International Championships which are held at Lucas Oil Stadium. It would be great if this hotel and others in the area would provide shuttle service to LOC & back to the hotel for those not able to walk any distance.

The staff was efficient and helpful. Bar and seating area are great for gathering with friends. Connection to the convention center was very helpful. My only issue is there was nowhere to get something to drink such as soda etc. after the bar closed.

The property was in a good location. Everything was in walking distance. The hotel was great. Rooms were great. Concierge lounge was great. Breakfast was very good. Could always get a snack on the run. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was mainly as expected. Clean. Comfortable. Current. Only negative seemed to be a miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel (I prepaid parking when I booked, which the hotel tried to charge me for again, and they also said that I had chosen the $50 club pass which I expressly had not) and the lack of hot water in our room. All things were rectified but shouldn’t even have been a problem in the first place.

This hotel was extremely expensive, for just two nights it was $606. There was no free breakfast, there’s a restaurant in the hotel that has breakfast for a fee. With paying $600, my husband and I were not paying for breakfast that probably wouldn’t have even been that good. We did have some amazing breakfast at the Lincoln Square Pancake House. We also had great dinner twice at the Pearl Street Pizzeria and Pub. All of our shopping and restaurant choices were within walking distance which is the only good thing I can say about this hotel’s location. The hotel also charges a $15 fee at 4am that they do not tell you about. I had to call the front desk the next morning and they told me that there is an environmental fee for each night you stay. So my total was about $637. The room’s AC was also not as good. It was constantly hot in the room and when you turned the temp down, the fan that blows out was so low, you couldn’t tell the air was on until it got cold maybe an hour later. We won’t be back. This hotel is more for business, not pleasure. For as much as we paid, this hotel should provide free breakfast, a microwave on each floor, there are 19 floors, (the microwaves are on the 3rd floor) and a AC system that works effectively. Also the tv only has about 10 channels and only has Netflix and YouTube which the Internet was constantly buffering.
