The front desk lady was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the entire process. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, I felt dismissed and disrespected as a guest. I understand that reservation issues can happen, but customer service should never be handled this way. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

Valet attendants were wonderful, even running back to my car to retrieve left behind items. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Amenities were fantastic. Connor's is one of our favorite restaurants that we visit even when staying elsewhere. Ballroom on the 2nd floor was very nice for our event dinner. Will definitely stay here again.
