Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown

We had selected a room with a king bed. It was definitely not a king bed. Was a Queen.

The room I stayed in was small, but beautiful. I loved the fact that my window faced two museums directly across from the hotel. The only issue I experienced during my stay was with the room's shower. The water

Pleasant

For the value you get, this place is phenomenal. The staff was incredible and did a wonderful job with check in, providing directions and check out. Breakfast and coffee was great. Room wasn't huge, but a perfect size. Good size bathroom too.

We only went for the Fever game 2 night but staff was helpful the computer in business area want working It guys happen to be at front desk so they helped us in printing our boarding passes. Only about a 15 minute walk to the area.

Well maintained, clean, great location, very nice staff Suggest including hard boiled eggs for people who can’t eat the processed scrambled eggs

Centrally located

Such an excellent location. Nicely renovated hotel with excellent staff. Comfy beds. Convenient parking.

Perfect location for exploring the city! We arrived a little early and the lady that greeted us upon arrival was super friendly and let us check in. She even went the extra mile to ask if we needed help with any directions. She was very clear and concise with everything. We will 100% be back! Thank you for the great hospitality!

Exceptional

Great clean place with very nice staff.

Paid for the parking deck, which had limited spots. So many spots were reserved for valet only. Breakfast was not good. Also only use paper plates, plastic utensils and styrofoam bowls.

The reason for 2 start was. Not super happy with booking 2 queen beds and finding out that they do not offer queen beds . We had full side beds and really was not ideal for 2 adults and 2 kids . Showers were okay didn’t have great pressure .

Property and room were clean. Easy access to victory field. Breakfast options were good.

The bathroom was dirty. The only thing that seemed to be clean in there was the towels. There was hair in the drain, stains on the light switch, and the floor was dirty. The room itself was relatively clean.

The stuff was very helpful. The breakfast was ok, The coffee was very good.

Clean rooms, close proximity to things, breakfast was really good!

Overall the room and property were clean. Some areas of the room could have been cleaner: pink nail polish on the back of the bathroom door, long piece of dusty tape on the the wall above the shower tile, and coffee stains or something like that had run down the wall between the dresser and desk.
