El hotel es lindo, está super bien ubicado para ir al centro de convenciones, tiene fácil acceso a pie y muchas opciones para comer en los alrededores. El desayuno es super conveniente y el personal muy atento.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean. I slept through breakfast so that I really can’t speak on. Parking was very convenient in their parking garage. I will stay again when I come back.

This hotel advertises free parking. I went to the desk at checkout time and asked for special instructions in order to attend my event and then check out of the hotel parking lot. I was assured that my key would continue to work until the event was finished and I would be able to exit the parking lot and maintain the free parking for the day. I thought that was wonderful. But… When I came back from my event and we tried to leave the key did not work. When I contacted the person behind the squat box, I was told that I would pay a fee for the entire time that I was there or I would pay for a lost ticket fee. I was dismayed to find out that parking was not free and it could have cost me between $70 and $129 to just leave the parking facility after being after choosing this hotel because it was claiming free parking. I will not stay here again and if you stay here, please know that you will be charged extra for your parking as well. This was not a good experience.

Everything was great! Easy check-in, staff was friendly, and the amenities were great. Breakfast was delicious as well.

The AC was set to 65 and it never got below 72 the one night I stayed there. None of the dispensers in the shower had anything in them. The lotion on the sink had a pubic hair on it when I lifted the top. On top of all that, charging somebody 40$ a night to use the garage is crazy work. I was there for 8 hours.
