It was a fantastic place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Information was provided about all room charges. The room was clean and beds comfy.

Great location for Fever game and museums. Excellent large workout room and close to paved trail for people who like to get a run or walk in while traveling. Easy parking in covered garage. Only complaint is noise from concert at the Zoo across the street went on until 11pm.

Very clean and staff was great. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay downtown Indy!

Room was clean and renovated. Hallway carpets could use a clean but that’s typical of a high traffic area. Beds were comfortable. Staff at Starbucks were sadly not up to par but hotel was good and very well located for activities and dining.

I really liked the cozy bed. The room was supplied with plenty of pillows. I like that easy to pump soap was available in the shower. The couch was comfortable and plenty big enough for two people! The ice machine was hard to find.
