Comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent location
-
Good stay
-
Parking should be included as a package deal for less the a 40 dollar add on should be part of the more expensive rooms.
-
Nothing specific, we liked the location, across the street from the museum we were going to.
-
Only a couple of floors had ice machines, could obtain ice from front desk. Pleasant surprise to find a skywalk from the hotel to Lucas Oil Statium, but it WAS a hike!
-
OK baby the police was hot. They walked around that place a lot. I didn’t like that.
-
Thought the breakfast was a bit expensive. The food was very good.
-
Great location! Would stay here again.
-
Everything was great. Location was wonderful with easy access to the Canal, museums, and Victory Field.
-
Located within walking distance of Everwise Amphitheater, White River State Park, Indianapolis museum, zoo and athletics. Nice Bistro with friendly staff. Valet parking is efficient.
-
Breakfast was too expensive
-
They don’t have anything posted outside saying parking service is so expensive, just park yourself. Had I known I would have.

We had several issues with our stay: for $300 a night, we expected basic toiletries such as lotion and a shower cap. The bed was hard as a rock, and I prefer a mattress on the firm side, usually. This was like trying to sleep on a pallet of bricks. My husband was also kept awake by metal clanking noises all night from the elevators. The staff was lovely but we got very little sleep. We also did not realize we had to pay an additional $40 to park in their own garage overnight. We will not be returning.

Staff were very accommodating. The location was great.
-
The hotel was nice. Nothing special but clean I left something at the hotel. It cost me $35 to ship it to me. I know it was my fault for leaving it but I feel like that is too hefty of a price to get it back.

Superb
-
So close to the Everwise Amphitheatre and other downtown sites! The rooms were so clean, the bedding felt soft was one of the most comfortable sleeps I've had at a hotel! The price was not bad at all and there was valet parking for a fee. Such an awesome stay!
-
Hotel was fine and location. Parking garage is horrible...may have just been the timing of trying to find a spot but did not seem like enough parking.
-
The only thing I didn’t like was the parking! One day they charged $44 and the next day to get out it cost $64! That’s a lot!
-
Really beautiful hotel, place was clean and maintained. the only downside is the hard bed.
