Nice clean and quiet room. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

Things were fine as far as room. but the noise was ridiculous and the fact that I personally, a 5ft woman who doesn’t work there had to go pound on the hallway wall at 3am so our neighbors kids would stop yelling and jumping around! We called the front desk and told them. They said they are probably packing to leave… at 3am? And if they were you still need to be respectful of sleeping customers. Horrible sleep. After I pounded on the wall they shut up for awhile I think I scared them hahaha

Housekeeping left a bit to be desired

Very clean and a very nice room.

We loved our stay here! Bonus points for the skywalk that connects the hotel to the convention center!
-
Great experience other than the concert that was going on outside on a Sunday night that could be heard very well in our room

It was clean, it was safe, but I can't say much else positive about the experience. The room was unremarkable (a good thing, I guess?), the food was quite expensive [at least it was open for a while], and the door thing didn't improve except for me knowing how to get around the issue. If all you want is clean and safe, it'll work, but beware the doors. If you want something more? Look elsewhere.

Great place

It's a relatively new hotel, hence the carpet is still not moldy (typical Marriott issue) and therefore the air in the room was good. It was well cleaned. Staff was friendly. Although we had asked for feather-free (duvet and pillows) room, the bed had feather pillows and we needed to wait until they had that changed. Not a big issue since we were not on a schedule.

Nice It was close to lots of things to walk to but it was very busy on the weekend being by the convention center.
-
The room was quiet and the beds were super comfortable, also the pillows. Front desk staff and breakfast servers were super friendly! The bathroom counter in the room didn’t look like it head been cleaned. There was also a bead on the carpet that I stepped on, which made me think that perhaps the room hadn’t been vacuumed - ? Breakfast was expensive and the French toast was soggy, bland and very thin. Took 20 minutes to be served which seemed like too long. The dining room wasn’t busy at all.

Fast easy check in . Very helpful staff

This is my "go-to" place to stay when I'm home visiting my family in Indianapolis. The hotel is always clean, safe, well-appointed, staffed with kind, helpful people. I know that I can expect and receive the best when I'm there.

Great place and close to the convention center

We stayed here to see Morgan Wallen. The hotel staff decked the lobby out for the concert, it was a fun vibe and place to hang before the show. Staff were incredible, especially the vallet crew. With Morgan in town parking was a nightmare, so vallet was worth it. Room was clean, bed was comfy, id come back.

Located exactly where I needed to be. It was pretty much what I wanted. There are three properties located at this area. And depending on which hotel you stay in, you only get to order what they have on their breakfast thing you, or you can have the breakfast buffet. It felt awkward that being in the same building, that I could not get the breakfast menu because I was at comfort suite instead of Fairfield.
